You're a pop star, or a royal, or maybe even the last of your kind who will bring about the Earth's redemption. Whatever the case may be, you're in a position that may be a bit dicey if you attract the wrong kind of attention.

And you're a bodyguard, a soldier, a knight - a protector. Somehow, you've been roped into protecting this person. You'll be rewarded, of course. The work may be cut out for you, but just do your job, keep your head down, and it'll go smooth.

Except for when the two of you break the bounds of professionalism and feelings begin to flourish. Being in such close quarters may get you to see the other in a different light, and saving someone's life just may be the ultimate form of intimacy.

Could this be the real danger? To feel so strongly for the one you've sworn to protect...are you compromised?

How to Play
1. Comment with your character and preferences, being sure to put if you want to play the guard, the guarded, or either. Also, you may want to put if you prefer fluffy, angsty, or smutty interaction - or have no preference.
2. Comment to others.
3. There are no prompts, because there are so many potential options there could be a hundred. Feel free to play anything: the beginnings of the relationship, just meeting, getting used to each other/not getting along at first, the obligatory first time, a threat on the protected's life and how their protector responds, how the feelings between the two has changed the protection, etc. Your only limit is you.

"Right behind you," Wufei said, lips tightening at the sound of the reporters. He just had to remind himself that they'd soon be in the privacy of the car with its well tinted windows. and then on the way home. Whoever in his lawyer's firm who'd leaked the inheritance news was going to suffer when they pinned him down.

Wufei followed the sound of Duo's quick steps, working around the car as soon as his hand touched metal and glass to get into the passenger seat and slam the door shut. "Go."

"I've got you, babe." Duo reassures as they cross the garage, and the buzz stays away, focused on the door where they've apparently convinced themselves the two are leaving. Thankfully, anyways, and as soon as Duo is in and buckled he's turning over the engine, checking the back up mirror and getting on the move. The car garners attention immediately, though most of the reporters seem to have the common sense to stay away from rolling tires and two tons of metal and engine.

.... It probably helped that Duo had revved the engine and made it very clear he wouldn't be stopping. Their progress is still slow, considering, and Duo growls in irritation.

"What part of I'm in a vehicle and you're breakable and human do these people not get?!"

"They're crowding a known gundam pilot and Mariemaia's former right hand. What part of that suggests they have survival instincts the gods gave a deformed hamster?" Wufei asked with a snort, holding his arms over his chest. Clearly, Duo wasn't the only one who'd need some calming relaxation when they got home.

He can't help a laugh at that, though his next move is to roar the engine again, which seems to part the seas so to speak, and Duo breaks out of the parking garage and turns in to the road, apologizing to the person behind them that he'd cut off in order to make the next light and get away. From there on they shouldn't be followed, but it doesn't stop Duo from going a back way in order to make it a little more impossible for them to be followed.

"Deformed hamster wasn't quite what I was thinking, but yours is much kinder."

"Knowing you, it's probably much less lewd too," he said with a smirk. Wufei leaned back in his seat, getting comfortable as they picked up speed, clearly away from the reporters even without needing to see it. If they ever found out their home address, Wufei was going to drag up some of his old wartime contacts to guard the place with heavy weaponry. Or let Heero redesign the security system.

"Why would it be less lewd? None of those reporters were remotely as attractive as you." After all, he wasn't trying to get home quickly but safely in order to get one of them naked and in a bath, was he? That and, well, if any reporter was as annoying in life outside of their jobs as they were right then, then god speed to anyone who had to put up with them.

Obviously someone did, or they'd never have bred to be so many.

Wufei shook his head, reaching back to pull the band from his hair so he could rake his fingers through it and start on soothing away the headache that'd been forming since that morning. "Flatterer."

Duo chuckles, as he finally finds a quieter, almost country road that may lead to their home if he chose to give it away. He was thankful they'd been able to find such a tucked away place, and a short check in the back mirror said that they weren't being followed. Thank God. He wanted to go home. He does reach over and place his hand on Wufei's thigh, giving it a little soothing squeeze.

"Not a flatterer, it's the truth."

"Is that why you're already picturing me naked against the shower wall?" he asked with a raised eyebrow and a little smirk on his lips. If Duo hadn't been yet, he suspected the man surely would be now. All the more reason to speed up.

"Or against the side of the tub, yeah." Duo smirks, hand drifting a little closer to between Wufei's thighs instead of resting on one, giving a fleeting touch as he continues to speed down the back road. Here's to hoping there's no cops in there as per usual, or else they might really be in trouble.

Wufei shivered at the touch, color rising in his cheeks as he resisted the temptation to spread his knees in response. He wanted to get home, not have Duo stop along the roadside and have him there. "Yeah..."

Duo just smirks, sidelong, at Wufei, pulling in to their driveway and into the garage rather shortly after. Before the inheritance news, he probably would have pulled right over, but now, he's a bit too scared that there will be paparazzi photos of him trying to pull his pants up and cover themselves up. So they'll actually get to wait, though not long, as Duo leans over to give Wufei's neck a little kiss before he gets out of the car.

"Let's go, or it might be over the hood of the car."

He could see the headlines now. 'Tragically blind and wealthy L5 survivor, sex slave to known gundam pilot? Photos on page four.'

Wufei let out a small pleased sound even as he pulled away to get out of the car, not needing Duo's guidance now that they were home. That didn't stop him from seeking out the man's hand once he came around the car though.

Things that would no doubt drive him crazy, if it carried on for very long. It was bad enough to have all sorts of rumors flying about how the two of them even met, much less the nature of their relationship or why Duo was with Wufei as it was. The fact he was from L2 had never been better fodder than it was right then.

Duo gratefully takes Wufei's hand, giving it a little squeeze as he opens the door to allow them inside, locking it with a practiced motion before he swung the door shut, leaning in to nip and kiss at Wufei's neck again, just because. "We should keep moving, or we might just have to see how many times it takes us to get to the bathroom."

Wufei didn't care about what the papers said. They and their put together 'family' knew why they were together and that was all that mattered.

He groaned softly at the nips, nodding and tightening his hand on Duo's before pulling away to lead him towards the bathroom and the promised tub.

Well, that and it was pretty easy to explain the 'oops' of suddenly finding themselves in bed with each other to other gundam pilots. It wasn't the first time that had ever happened, after all. Being strangely emotionally cut off people made it easy for these sorts of accidents to happen. It was only 'natural.'

Duo plays with the ends of Wufei's hair as he's lead to the bathroom, immediately moving to undress his partner once they're in the bathroom. "Want you, Wufei."

"Then have me," Wufei said, hands going to the buttons of his shirt to let Duo take care of his pants and getting them off of him. He wanted to have Duo's hands all over him as soon as he possibly could.

"Workin' on it, Wu." Duo chuckles, yanking his belt until it comes undone, and then feverishly working at the button and fly. His hand dips in to the other's pants for a fleeting moment long enough to tease him, and stroke along his length, before he pulls away to start the tub running. Then he begins pulling off his own clothes, suckling at the sides of Wufei's neck as he presses against his back, pressing the rigid length of himself against Wufei to show just how much he wants him.

To have that hand wrapped around him for one moment and then gone the next was almost cruel, and he shoved his pants down as quickly as he could before Duo returned and that hot length pressed against his ass. Wufei groaned softly, rocking back against him even as he tilted his head to the side of offer more of his neck. "Duo..."

"What do you want, Wufei?" He asks, voice husky, wanting. They'd waited long enough to have these intimate moments when they'd been playing at the office, and now that they were alone and in private he sure as hell wasn't going to wait any longer than he absolutely had to.

"I want you inside of me, pinning me while you fuck me," Wufei said with a groan, that voice just making him want to melt.

Duo moans, grinding himself against Wufei in response. Damn right, he wanted the other pilot, and in the way that Wufei was describing at the moment, and every other way he could possibly have him, that much was for sure.

"I will, Wu. That sounds amazing."

"Get the oil," he said, pushing back against him. Wufei was sorely tempted to just impale himself, but he'd be regretting that soon. "I don't want to wait."

"Impatient, mmn?" The braided man snickers, leaning in to kiss Wufei's neck with a fleeting pressure before he pulls away in order to go and fetch the lubricant that he knew Wufei was talking about. After all, it was their go-to lube for when they were teasing or playing in the bath. He pours some in to his hand, slicking himself with a quick, hasty stroke before he's moving to take Wufei's hand, guiding him to make sure he was ready.

"Blame your teasing," Wufei said with a groan. He held Duo's hand firmly, letting himself be led to where Duo wanted him. He was more than ready, and if it hurt a bit because he hadn't stretched, good.
