The Crossover Blind Date Meme

The universe has a funny way of bringing people together. Some twists of fate bring together two individuals that might have never met otherwise. Some of those twists are called blind dates.

And this time, matchmakers are going multiversal.

THE RULES:

So cliche question, but what do you do for fun?

Other than flying? [Grins] I like music [and dancing to it, but his dancing is terrible so he doesn't mention that just yet] and movies, typical I suppose but, well, everybody loves them for a reason right?

Movies are only the greatest thing of all time! I have hundreds of dvds at home and one is always playing. *He's totally not going to talk about the way he quotes them all the time.* So I hav- *he stopped and looked down at his work cell buzzing. He looked at it and back up and then back down.* I uh... I'm really sorry. I have to take this. *he frowns deeply, looking reallyh sad about it. He doesn't get up, because its going to be a very short call.*

Dinozzo....Probie! No. I didn't. I haven't been on your side of town since last Thursday. Why would I steal your cat...I dunno McDoofus the fire department. I gotta go... *and with that he shut his phone.* Sorry about that...

[He can't help but smile at how enthusiastic Tony is about it, and he can't help but be disappointed himself when he has to take the call. He also can't help but listen in just a bit]

Yeah, one of the guys on my team, he's, well, he's easily freaked out, i don't know why he called me on my work cell, its supposed to be for emergency's only. I'm sorry. If I had known it was that, I wouldn't have answered. *he says apologetically.*

Well... maybe it was an emergency to him, some people are really attached to their pets [laughs]

Probie?...Yeah i guess...he always was kind of a wuss, not because of a pet, just cuz he's Tim. He's a good guy though. I think he has the hots for the girl on our team, but he's not making a move.

Why do you call him probie? [when he hears the name he can't help but laugh] Funnily enough, that sounds a lot like a Tim I know, one of my younger brothers.

He's the new guy on the team, so its my job to make his life a living hell. *he chuckles.*

Yea... Babs told me we'd get on great... damn, I hate telling her she's right.

In this case, i don't think I'd mind. I mean, i defiantly would like to see you again after tonight...

[Grins, doing his best to keep it from looking too dorky] I'd like that as well.

Another recommendation, but I did come and test it out before we came here, I had to make sure it was good enough.

Well, i really like it, the chef definitely knows how to cook. *he says before looking at him and eating in silence for a few minutes, looking at him, whenever he didn't think he was watching.*

[He was pretty much doing the same, and every time they happened to look up at the same time he couldn't help but grin, looking quickly back to his food. He was behaving like an idiot]

So... *Tony chuckled out of a little while of that. He didn't know what else to say, he didn't want to look like an idiot in front of him already.*

So... [grins, finishing off his food and leaning back in his chair] You were talking earlier, about movies, before you got that phone call.

oh yeah. movies. love them, kinda obsessed actually. *he says before taking his last bite,* but i like other stuff too, i like sports and crime fighting tv shows, even if they are fake, and nothing like reality...
