Human beings are a strange animal. While their need for sex can be less all-consuming than certain other species, they have it a lot more often and in a lot more creative ways. Still, they're not animalistic, you know. They have morals and modesty and humility. That's why they don't run around rutting like wild beasts.

At least, that is, when they have something separating them and the rest of the animal kingdom.

This little bubble of the multiverse is no longer keeping that status quo. A lucky selection of inhabitants will find themselves a bit wilder than usual. Suddenly, there is a drive to fuck, fight, and procreate like never before. Some, the most affected, might have animal ears and tails. But even if some don't, all will be changed on the inside. Many here are "heat," and it can be sensed by everyone. Of course, this leads to the expected. Call of nature and all that, you know. Those in heat will be driven to offer themselves up, the urge to be bred extremely strong. Even to those with strong wills can't resist the siren song forever. Dominant personalities will become very dominant, and submissives will do anything to please their mates.

Sex isn't the only thing this mating season entails, however. There will also be the instinct to fight over mates, and then to protect the lover and the possible offspring growing inside them. Some might even have the desire to take multiple mates. You know, got to keep the line going. All in all, things might get a bit...hairy.

Just a few notes:
-This doesn't follow "traditional" gender/biology roles. Female characters can be alphas, male characters can get pregnant (if you wish), and same-sex couplings are perfectly viable.
-If your character has animal ears and a tail, that doesn't lock them to one certain species. For example, if a guy has dog ears, he can still mate with catgirls and such.
-Feel free to mix in other kinks, such as lactation for cowgirls and anything else you can think of. Noncon is also possible. Just be respectful of others' limits.
-You can leave your comment blank or come up with a basic set-up.]

[She purrs softly as he kisses her back. She moves her hips as he grinds against her and her purring turns into a moan. She can't stop moaning as his hands handle her breasts, eagerly pressing them into his hands.

Her breathing has already picked up as his hands move back down her body towards what she really wants. She moans, letting her head hang for a moment when he finally moves back inside of her. Her body is definitely ready for him]

[And he can feel that, the way she responds to him; there's no resistance, just her warm and willing body underneath and in front of him. He gasps at the sensation and has to stop for a moment just to regain his bearings, but once he does he begins to move his hips again, hands kept firmly on her waist.]

[She closes her eyes, enjoying the warmth of him against her. She glances back for a moment, then mewls with pleasure as he begins to thrust inside her. She wriggles a bit, but only to open her legs more so he can move deeper inside her]

So... good...

[Asato can't think enough to speak right now, though; all he can do is pant and moan softly. He isn't loud during sex, not by any means, and while he's panting harder now than he usually does he still isn't screaming like some people might. That doesn't mean he doesn't like this, though, and he wants to make that abundantly clear to her.

The angle of his thrusts changes a bit with the shifting of her hips, giving him a longer, deeper thrust. He wasn't expecting that as first and the sudden added stimulation finally draws a loud moan from him.]

[She's definitely vocal when she's enjoying herself and her vocalizations pick-up very soon after she opens her legs more. He's getting so much deeper into her and it feels amazing. She can't help, but feel a bit pleased that she was able to get to moan so loudly. He did it so rarely that when he did, it made her excited.

Slowly she rocks her hips against his thrusting, making it stronger]

[He's lasting a bit longer than last time, but he's still sensitive and already feels like he might come again. He holds off on telling her this, though, thinking that maybe if he doesn't tell her and doesn't think about it himself, he might be able to keep going.

To help with that, he slows down a bit too, focusing on thrusting deep rather than shallow and quickly. It's a determined effort, but not one he's certain he can keep up for long.]

[He doesn't have to wait long because even though she's lasted longer, she can't hold on as long as she normally does. The slower deeper thrusts are actually doing more to push her over the edge]

A-asato... I'm...

[And that's all she managed to get out before she cries out and arches her back, feeling the wave of pleasure wash over her and the heat temporarily clears]

[He gasps when she comes around him, practically losing it right there. After that, it doesn't take him very long to follow suit--there wouldn't be any point to trying to keep going any longer, either. He holds her hips steady and spills inside her, letting out a shuddering breath.]

[Anew feels her body trembling with the effort to hold herself up. Her body wants her to lay down and rest before it has to go again. But she couldn't lay down just yet. She feels his warmth inside of her and purrs softly as her breathing slows]

[Finally, he pulls away and falls down to the mattress beside her with a sigh, worn out for now. It drains him more than it usually does, but he supposes that's just the nature of the season; not something he can help.

He reaches out towards her and puts a hand over hers, admiring her delicate fingers.]

[She flops down on the bed as well. The bed did have that benefit after they were finished - it was soft. She's torn between trying to sleep and snuggling with him because both of those are nice ideas. When he puts his hand over hers, she smiles at him. Being with him is definitely the better option. She can sleep when she's no longer having these feelings]

[He's feeling more groggy now, not enough to sleep but definitely enough to need to rest. When she lays down, he takes her hand in his, intertwining their fingers with care. Again his thoughts wander to children--it's an instinctive hope of his now, and it feels quite bizarre.

Purring softly, he shifts a little closer so he can feel her warm, comforting presence.]

[She squeezes his hand gently. Her own mind shifts briefly to the thought of children. She's hopeful and in the back of her mind a little weird, not because of who the father is, but because she is worried how she will do. She scoots closer and snuggles, wanting be close to him like this until that feeling comes back]

Anew...

[He wants to ask her if she thinks he'd be a good father, but he can't get his thoughts in order enough to get the words out. Instead he puts his arms around her, allowing his breathing to settle back down. His whole body feels warm, almost tingly, and it's a wonderfully pleasant feeling that he wants to enjoy for a little while.]

[She looks up at him, snuggling closer when he wraps his arms around her. She watches him for a few moments, her hand idly running over his chest after a moment. She doesn't want to move, but she is curious because it felt like he wanted to ask her something]

Asato?

It's nothing, Anew. Don't worry.

[He cranes his neck to kiss her forehead and cheek. This is a discussion they can have later, when they're both more lucid. Right now, he just wants to relax, hold her close, and bask in her presence.]

Oh... okay.

[She smiles as he kisses her face and wraps her arms around her to stay close to him. She tucks her head against his shoulder wanting to rest and enjoy being with him until her body told her it was time for more]

You mean so much to me, Anew...

[He purrs softly and holds her near him, taking the time to relax. Soon he'll want more, but not just yet--this is a moment he wants to savor as much as all the others.]

[She looks up again when he says that and she gets the biggest smile on her face]

And you mean a lot to me too, Asato.

[She snuggles closer to him if that were even possible at this point]
