The Mating Season Meme

Human beings are a strange animal. While their need for sex can be less all-consuming than certain other species, they have it a lot more often and in a lot more creative ways. Still, they're not animalistic, you know. They have morals and modesty and humility. That's why they don't run around rutting like wild beasts.

At least, that is, when they have something separating them and the rest of the animal kingdom.

This little bubble of the multiverse is no longer keeping that status quo. A lucky selection of inhabitants will find themselves a bit wilder than usual. Suddenly, there is a drive to fuck, fight, and procreate like never before. Some, the most affected, might have animal ears and tails. But even if some don't, all will be changed on the inside. Many here are "heat," and it can be sensed by everyone. Of course, this leads to the expected. Call of nature and all that, you know. Those in heat will be driven to offer themselves up, the urge to be bred extremely strong. Even to those with strong wills can't resist the siren song forever. Dominant personalities will become very dominant, and submissives will do anything to please their mates.

Sex isn't the only thing this mating season entails, however. There will also be the instinct to fight over mates, and then to protect the lover and the possible offspring growing inside them. Some might even have the desire to take multiple mates. You know, got to keep the line going. All in all, things might get a bit...hairy.

Just a few notes:
-This doesn't follow "traditional" gender/biology roles. Female characters can be alphas, male characters can get pregnant (if you wish), and same-sex couplings are perfectly viable.
-If your character has animal ears and a tail, that doesn't lock them to one certain species. For example, if a guy has dog ears, he can still mate with catgirls and such.
-Feel free to mix in other kinks, such as lactation for cowgirls and anything else you can think of. Noncon is also possible. Just be respectful of others' limits.
-You can leave your comment blank or come up with a basic set-up.]

[She doesn't reply, but her hungry gaze speaks for itself. Licking her lips, she moves in to nuzzle him, pressing her chest against his. She reaches up through his long hair to fondle his ear as her tail brushes between his legs.]

[He tilts his head subtly against that touch, hand reaching to grab hold of her tail.]

If you want me to undress more, you should speak up.

[His clothes are a complicated mess of belts and scabbards and pliant leather and cloth, but he begins to undo those belts already, looking back up to her for approval.]

I think I like that idea.

[She moves off of him and tugs at his pants, helping him get them off. It frustrates her how complicated they are.]

[He shifts around and lifts his hips up, helping her slide his pants off. It's worth the effort, at least, because by the time he's undressed he's already hard. His white tail thumps impatiently against the couch.]

[Sitting up on her knees, she takes her time removing her own pants. She's more than ready to go, but she just wants to tease him a bit. Her hand slides down her body and between her legs.]

[He huffs with impatience, reaching out to try and yank her clothes off. Normally he'd enjoy such a display, but not he couldn't care less. There's only one thing he's after and she's annoying him by taking her sweet time giving it to him.]

[It throws her off balance when he pulls her pants off from under her and she falls onto her side. But she doesn't seem to mind. Looking up at him with a smile, she reaches out.]

Get over here.

[She didn't even need to ask. He moves towards her, taking a moment to size her up. It's more her personality that draws him in that it is her body; she looks a little frail to him, at least. Still, he's decided he wants her and he won't stop now.]

Are you always this easily wooed?

[Her whole reason for playing this game was so that only the most suitable mate would remain. The fact that he's made it this far means that she thinks quite highly of him.]

[Rai leans down to kiss her firmly, one hand threading through her hair, gripping and tugging. He isn't patient and he isn't gentle, and if she has a problem with it she's free to tell him so.]
