He shook his head at that, offering another smile. "Mm-mm. Nothing tot hank me for. It's the least I can do, really. I mean, you're our guest. So if there's anything else I can do to make you more comfortable, I'll be happy to!" It was important, after all, to be polite. His family had always put a heavy emphasis on hospitality.

"I'd like a new shirt then." He just smiles.

"Ah... of course! I might have something of mine that you could use for now." Though Quatre might have to be a little creative in that, since he's sure a lot of things won't quite fit.

Soubi nodded. He was grateful, but he would hold his thanks until the shirt was on his back. "You can ask about the marks on may back." Everyone eventually did.

Quatre smiled a little at that. "Ah, well. I'm a little curious, but only if you want to talk about them." He gestured down the hallway. "In the meantime, my room is this way, if you want to come see what we can find."

Soubi follows after the shorter male. "Ask away."

"Well, then mm." He nodded a little heading down the hall, stopping to push open the door to his room. "What happened?"

His eyes widened just a bit at that, before his expression softened. "That's awful," He considered asking why, but it didn't seem right to delve into someone's pain that way. So instead he stepped over to his closet to see what there is. He glanced back though. "It looks painful. I'm so sorry."

Soubi shook his head. "It was training." He didn't really care to explain past that. Soubi moved over to look at the clothing over Quatre's head. "These are all expensive."

Training? Well that was a whole other line of questions. Quatre focuses on flipping through the clothes in his closet. He looks back at that, almost a bit embarrassed. "I just hope I can find something that'll sort of fit-- ah! Here, you can try this?" He pulled out one and held it up, eyeing he garment and Soubi appraisingly. Yeah, tis one might work.

"That's fine." He took the garment and put it on, but didn't button it yet. "Does the color fit my eyes?"

Despite himself, Quatre blushed just a bit at the question. But he smiled regardless and nodded at the question. "Mm! I think it suits you very well."

Soubi reached out a hand and lightly brushed his finger tips along the blushing skin. "Thank you." A sly smile crossed his lips, but despite that Soubi started to button his shirt slowly.

Funny, that light, simple touch has the blush flaring a few shades darker in his cheeks. But Quatre cleared his throat and glanced away. "Ah, mm. You're welcome. Hopefully it's comfortable enough for now."

Soubi chuckles lightly. "It's soft." he reaches out and takes Quatre's hand, placing it on the fabric of his torso. "see?"

Quatre's eyes widen at that and he tries to do something to quell the blush color in his cheeks. But he swallows a bit and nods. "Ah, yes. I see. V-very soft."

Soubi lets the hand go, but takes a steep forward. He carefully moves Quatre's bangs to the side. It's a soft touch, but the tips of his fingers brush over his forehead too. "You're so warm, Quatre."

Quatre looks up at him as he's suddenly that much closer. He opens his mouth to speak, but his voice isn't cooperating at first. When eh finally does find it, it's quiet. "Well, it ah... you are hot, that is, I mean it is hot. In here. Hot everywhere, really. Desert and all."

Soubi moves a bit closer, his fingers tracing down the side of Quatre's cheek to lift his chin lightly. "Am I hot?"

Quatre's eyes are still wide even as he tilts his chin upwards, looking up at him. "Well, I ah... y-yes, you are. That can't really be a surprise."

Soubi bends down closer to Quatre. "Oh? So have you been taking peeks at me this entire time?" smiling so playfully.

He might be holding his breath. He's not entirely sure. But he does blink at that question before shaking his head. "No, not at all! Not peeking. Just ah..." Oh he's in over his head here.

Closer still he moves, hovering only inches from the others lips. "Just?"

And now Quatre is most certainly holding his breath. He swallows hard. He's the one who sets his own hand at Soubi's chest this time, fingers curling into the material of that shirt. "I have eyes is all."
