[ Saito is slow to wake— he did drink in moderation and thus considerably less than the rest of the crew, but due to his Japanese heritage, that still translates into quite the hangover.

Cracking one eye open, then the other, and turning very slowly to muster Ariadne.

Well. That is unexpected. ] Ariadne.

[ Considering the position they're in, it seems only fitting to use her first name. ]

THIS IS SO TERRIBLE. WE'RE TERRIBLE.

[ The reaction her name has is instantaneous, Ariadne freezing in her blind reaching for the edge of the bed (she's missed the edge by a good six inches, refusing to leave Saito's side -- he's warm and she's, well, not wearing much).

She didn't. She didn't.

Except she's pretty sure she did. ]

... Morning. [ Awkward. ]

[ It would be considerably less awkward if they were at least somewhat dressed.

Schooling his face into neutrality despite the headache pounding behind his temples. He's dealt with everything in his life with aplomb, he can deal with this as well. ]

I hope that you— [ had a pleasant night he was going to say, but that is too suggestive. ] slept well.

LAUGHING SO HARD I CAN'T

[ One hand goes to rub her temples, and Ariadne only belatedly realizes that it might not be... er, clean -- luckily, nothing seems to get on her face, and her eyes crack open a moment later. ]

I did. [ She's sure the alcohol and any physical activity they might have engaged in helped with that. ] ... Where are we?

WHAT ARE WE EVEN DOING

[ Taking a moment to look around, also because it gives her some privacy which he supposes she may appreciate at the current time. ] Judging by the decor, in a hotel that I own.

I DON'T EVEN KNOW

[ Well, it's not like he hasn't seen it all at this point anyway. Still, it's appreciated. ] Do you remember anything?

DISASTER AWAITS US.

Do you not? [ Looking back to her. Perhaps her condition is worse than his. She did have rather more to drink... and less body mass. ]

/PUTS ON SAFETY GEAR

Bits and pieces. [ Her hand goes to rub the back of her neck now, and-- ah, yes, there's definitely a mark on the side. ] Things are blurry.

[notourist]

Understandable. [ Eyes flickering to her neck and over the mark, lips very briefly twitching. He certainly remembers putting that there. ]

Shall I call for breakfast? It may help with the headache.

[boutant]

[ In that case, he can probably remember how sensitive her neck is, too. ]

If you don't mind, I'd appreciate it. [ Curiosity has her looking back at him, trying to see if she left any marks of her own. ]

[notourist]

[ Vividly. ]

It is no trouble. [ Getting out of bed carefully but confidently. He's kept himself in good shape, but he's not as young as he used to be and nights like the last do take their toll. Still, he is not body-shy. ]

[boutant]

[ He has no reason to be body-shy, which Ariadne can now attest to with detail. Luckily her nails are short, otherwise there might be some scratches down his back that need to heal -- that she remembers.

She does, of course, have more questions, but she's not going to interrupt him if he's calling for breakfast. Instead, she shifts in bed, drawing her legs up with a slight wince. At least the sheets are nice... ]

[ Of course the sheets are nice. Saito's hotels are all high-quality, and any suite he sleeps in is of the highest standard.

Stretching slightly while walking to the phone on the desk. ] What would you like? Continental or English breakfast?

[boutant]

[ She's not surprised by that at all, at least not compared to everything else there is for her to be surprised by right now.

Or for her to stare at, for that matter. Good lord. ] Continental's fine.

[notourist]

Of course. [ Ordering continental breakfast for both of them, and also a miso soup for himself. It'll help him hydrate after the night.

Turning around to her, still naked. Their clothes are scattered throughout the room, with the majority of them near the door where he remembers pressing her into the wall. ] Would you like a shower?

[boutant]

[ The more she looks around, the more she seems to remember. It's still only fragments though, disjointed, more sensation half the time than actual memory. It's irritating. ]

A shower would be great. [ So would a glass of water, while she's thinking about it. It's her turn to slip out of bed, the sheets left behind. ]

[notourist]

[ Saito makes no effort to hide the way his eyes glide over her body. He noticed her looking, after all.

Offering a half-smile. ] Would you prefer to take it alone?

[boutant]

[ Oh. Well.

She probably shouldn't, should probably leave it as what it is... but she doesn't want to, young as she is, curious as she is about what happened last night. Ariadne smiles slightly, brushing some hair out of her face before pausing in the doorway to the bathroom. ] Not necessarily. [ And then she slips inside, leaving the door open behind her. Your move, Saito. ]

[ That is more than enough invitation for Saito. Following her inside and closing the bathroom door behind him. ]

[ There are no clothes to take off, so she heads right over to the shower, turning it on to let the water warm up. It's a nice bathroom, too. ]

[ Once the water is warm, Saito steps into the shower, leaving enough space for her to stand under the stream. ]

[ It's not as though she takes up a lot of space to begin with. Still, Ariadne appreciates it; the water feels wonderful, and it's enough to get a slight groan out of her. ]

[ That groan tests his patience. Still, Saito gives her a moment before he moves closer, brushing one hand against her hip and up her side. ]

[ There's another sensation of memory there; his touch, at least, is familiar, though the pressure is different. Ariadne leans into him slightly before mimicking him. He has the advantage, for now, in that he remembers the night before more clearly. ]

[ That is permission enough for Saito to tilt her head up with his other hand, kissing her and fitting their bodies together. ]
