[ Adam's reputation off-world had come through mostly gossip. Space could be boring sometimes and everyone liked a good rumor. A story of such an unstoppable creature against all odds was an easy one to like. Who didn't like an underdog?

Poe happened to be drifting through, a spice cargo haul that required speed and efficiency. But he was curious and a short stop wouldn't hurt. In fact, he was ahead of schedule. And BB8 needed a break too.

It was easy to find Adam. Poe was sure to land a safe distance but not too far. Maybe he showed off a little with his flying skills, coming in hot and fast just to come to a soft stop in an open field. Once the ramp was down, he eagerly went to step out. Hopefully Adam had a better temperament than most wookiees. BB8 didn't seem worried and rolled down the ramp ahead of him, beeping excitedly as he neared Adam. ]
