Let me think...Five servings of scrambled eggs and bacon at breakfast, with a jug of orange juice! Then a bag of popcorn in between classes, until I could get thirds of the fish and salad at lunch! It was a little soggy; I far prefer a well done salmon carpaccio, of course, but it is what it is. The ghosts work hard to feed us all, so I did not make my displeasure known!

Then I rounded out the afternoon with two slices of banana bread, before getting a few plates of beef bolognaise over spaghetti, and ensuring that I rounded out my dietary intake with heaping helpings of the buttered carrots and green beans! A growing young man as myself must ensure to take care with his diet, after all!

Nothing to write home about. Except the jellies. Oh, yesterday's jellies were extraordinary. So tall, so blubbery, with whole fruit on top. And an ice figure duck! Chilly and chewy, it was an adventure to dig into that course.

In the morning, I had a very floral tea. My first apprentice made me a teacup, years ago, that forms the liquid inside into the shape of a sleepy dragon. I drink all my tea from it.

Later in the afternoon, Riliphin went into town to pick up some bread and soup. It was a rice soup with mushrooms and vegetables, very hearty. We also had leftover roast chicken from yesterday.

A bunch of pork gyouza, some karaage renkon, and probably about six handfulls of nuts at the karaoke bar. Ah. Then a strawberry parfait. I saw a group of kids looking like they were going to pick some and ended up getting a craving. I guess they're in season right now. But the place I went to's a chain and gets them shipped in frozen somewhere I think, so it'd taste the same any time of year probably. Didn't scratch the itch at all.

Breakfast was strong, black coffee and toast with marmalade. I keep telling myself I should make something more substantial, but until the caffeine actually starts working? I'm useless.

Lunch, Hillary made me tomato soup and grilled cheese with a salad. I was in the library and almost forgot it was lunch time.

Tea, I missed entirely because I was stuck in an office listening to grumpy old men debate about I don't even know what anymore.

Dinner, Jonah came over. He brought groceries (because that shareholder meeting wore me out enough where I didn't even want to order groceries online) and made huli-huli chicken, grilled pineapple with brown sugar and a touch of habanero, coconut rice and a tomato and cucumber salad.
