[It takes him about four times as long as it normally would to shed his clothes, but he manages to do it without any help. He's shaking from the effort, but he doesn't reach for her as he tries to climb into the tub. Instead, he leans against the wall to step over the risen porcelain. Once in the tub, lowering himself down is less graceful and he falls hard on his tailbone.]

If Joan's observant enough to notice and remember, there are quite a few scars along Sherlock's skin that weren't there before jumping from the hospital roof. Most of them are small, inconsequential things, but there's one fairly nasty one along his left side that almost looks like he'd had a bad run in with a farmer's scythe.
