It's the day shift, and he's down in the ED - the bed was needed upstairs - which means it's a lot busier than the last couple of times she's gotten to hang out with him. So while he leads the way, Mel keeps an eye out for distracted co-workers or rushing gurneys until they reach the lounge.
There's no one else in here; excellent. Over to the cabinets they go, and after she's opened up the cabinet door, down she crouches. ]

1. I'm solid up until the part where we started debating the merits of going starkers across campus. 2. Illegality is really just a frame of mind. 3. Yes, well, I'm more than just a pretty face. 4. On the upside, we're going to have a really good story at the end of this. 5. "Men at some time are masters of their fates."
