It's been rough, buddies, but I've been hoping to stoke the flame on this dying muse. Foggy is truly one of my faves and thus I have a few ideas for PSLs:

MCU

"fix it" au

Any sort of plot centering around or following the events of Daredevil: Born Again. Not going to leave a ton of details here, but suffice to say I have my own pitches I can make, but also adore the idea of entertaining anything you want to bring to the table. Also open to the AU... not fixing much, or making things harder. Just needed a cheeky header for anything other than what happened and "fix-it" works best.

escort au

Based on a fic I enjoyed a lot (Just Wanna Take Him Home by lady_ragnell), an AU where Foggy supplements his income by being an escort in his spare time. Meant to be played in a world where sex work is both still illegal and generally frowned upon. The ethical and legal ramifications interest me as much as how people might respond to the idea that Foggy is popular enough with certain types of clientele that he could make a decent career out of it. Also interested in the dual life aspect, wherein he's forced to maintain two identities while being aware enough of his surroundings not to blow his cover.

zombie/apocalypse/invasion au

Based on one of the best fics I've ever read (Sunshine by MomentumDeferred), an AU where aliens have ravaged the earth. It's well after the end of the world. Foggy has survived, but not without a great many sacrifices. He drowns. He loses a leg. He lives a miserable life but tries hard to keep his sense of humor in uniquely Foggy ways. When push comes to shove, he's as close to a post-world doctor a person's going to find. Can easily be pivoted into other similar media.

Without preamble, a Matt (or Frank) to ship with Foggy to the tune of 616. I'm thinking a bit more nebulous than picking one specific run because I would love to get some golden-era seriousness mixed with more specific struggles related to (open) homosexuality during a time when acceptance and understanding wasn't as common. Very, very open to discussion!

ten levels in badass au

Relating to Punisher's Kill Krew, something fun where Foggy has properly ascended to his place as darling golden boy hero extraordinaire. Ridiculously self-indulgent, this is basically just a fun way for Foggy to play around with most anyone in-universe. Need a lawyer? He's the best there is. Just ask Tony Stark! Need a friendly ear? This dude's got two and he's heard it all! Have a mission where you need a certified golden retriever-like enthusiast to keep up spirits and man the turret gun? Hell yeah!! Foggy is your guy!

rivals, but make it aesthetic au

Possibly the dumbest option yet, but anyone familiar with Marvel Rivals will probably know they added Daredevil/Matt Murdock last year. Not saying this is a fully-formed idea, but there is some part of me that would love to tease around at ideas with this sort of "champion fighting in the arena" vibe. Foggy is not a fighter, but being hauled along to hang out in Matt's (or anyone's) corner intrigues me. Plus, any chance to joke about Matt letting the devil out is just gold and I need it.

Pace can be a bit slow, so I'll put that out there up front. I generally try to get to things within a day or two, but when I'm struggling with a muse, it can be much more difficult to hit those marks. Perhaps the bigger disclaimer is that work deadlines thicken at the beginning of the year and that will limit some of my creativity and free time. That being said, 2026 if the year of the PSL and I'm determined to find other folks who appreciate the slow and steady.

Happy to discuss anything via PM, to offer some past thread examples, and also willing to try to schedule times to tag together if that helps with motivation and longevity. :)
