It feels like it's been forever since they last had shore leave and, docked at the Citadel for the next few days, most of the crew have decided to make the most of the change of scenery. With a skeleton crew left manning the Normandy, Shepard is yet to get her own feet on some solid ground. Paperwork, missives, catching up with command... all the things that she has to fit in around the actual action and fighting that usually get left until last.

After hours of sitting at her desk surrounded by datapads she's hit the point of needing to blow off steam one way or another. Her body feels like she barely recognizes the need in it. It's a constant struggle to keep herself in check, as if she can't trust her own hands to stay outside of her Alliance Navy uniform pants.

There's no options on the ship for who to blow off that steam with, her partner is on the Citadel and her quarters are being cleaned. It leaves the training gym in the docking bay of the Normandy and not much else. She's been down there for a solid 20 minutes before she sees anyone else, her fists pounding into a punching bag that's been strung up. Her body alive and vibrating with all the excess sexual energy she can feel in every fiber of her being, it feels like.
