Today just doesn't seem to go right for you. Your favorite toothbrush is missing, your back hurts and, to make it all even worse, someone has put a collar on your neck! According to the note you find on your bedside table, you have only several hours left to live before the device kills you... unless you find another person with a collar and do the dirty with them!

Can you do it? What is more important to you, your intimacy or your life?

THE RULES:

1. Post with your character! They're now wearing an unbreakable collar and it will kill them unless they have sex with someone soon.
2. Comment around! Other characters are in a similar predicament, so there is plenty to talk about.
3. The collar's design and how it'll kill the character are entirely up to you. Feel free to also attach a specific sexual act you'd like to play out that your character would normally frown upon.
4. How are your characters going to deal with this situation? Are they going to consent or try to save themselves by force?
5. Whatever happens, have fun threading!

Waking up somewhere naked isn't exactly unique even if the situation he finds himself in is a bit more desperate. His fingers tap the silver collar around his neck and the speaker begins, "This collar will begin choke you to death unless you initiate sex in the next 5 minutes. Attempts to remove the collar or escape the compound will result in instant termination. More instructions will follow."

It's an unfortunate situation to find himself in but the fact that he is not alone and not the only one with a collar as he hears the instructions in stereo means he's not s.o.l. Having to hunt down someone and convince them he isn't crazy would be the hard part here with the time limit. Of course the More instructions will follow statement lingers in the back of his mind but he doesn't have a lot of time to consider that. Instead he turns to Rinna and offers what he hopes is an awkward smile as he says, "Looks like we are in quite a pickle here. If you haven't seen anyone else around I hope we can help each other out of this one."

Of course the part of his mind that is a bit more ruthless does consider the possibility they aren't alone and he doesn't have much choice but maybe this stranger will be able to help him through this until he can find a way to help them escape.

[He sits up in the strange room he finds himself in and the first thing he notices, other than the surroundings, is the cold feel of a metal band around his neck. He touches it a moment and as if on cue the TV turns on just revealing words stating "You must have sex or you will be terminated." And then a countdown from 100 seconds! It barely gave him time to come to and here he is having to process a threat and a count down.]

Wait... what? How!?

[He doesn't even have time to notice he's not alone. The room has the general build of a love hotel suite fully furnished with a bathroom but no visible exit door. He's still in the clothes he remembered being in when he blacked out. Or was he struck from behind? Maybe he felt a twinge of pain from something piercing him? A dart or needle maybe? Unfortunately he doesn't really have time to reflect as the timer gets to 95 he hears the beep from the collar. Is this a bomb!?]

He remembers exploring an old ruin with Tav and the rest of the party. Walking on carved stone older than all of his last five ancestors combined. It seemed like just another day adventuring until it wasn't. There was a scuffle after a trap was triggered, and all he could remember was leaping to knock Gale out of the way of a sweeping white light that ended up enveloping both of them. Serves him right for trying to save the wizard! No good deed ever goes unpunished.

Afterwards? Nothing. They both woke up alone on the cold stone floor with these collars around their necks. No note. Just an ancient stone tablet telling them to pay tribute to an ancient goddess of desire if they wish to leave and see the rest of their party again. Stating they have less than a day's time to pay tribute or their lives would be forfeit. He's paraphrasing, of course. He can't read the old tablet. It's Gale who translates while he looks on with a growing frown.

They try to find alternate routes out of the ruin, but of course, they're both unsuccessful. He would usually start his routine of ridiculing Gale for being utterly useless, except he has noticed the withdrawn state of his normally boisterous personality lately.

If they can't find a way out, then he supposes they will have to try and appease whatever deity or powerful entity put these steadily tightening collars into place.

"I can't seem to activate my usual deathless nature. We have less of a choice than I initially thought."

Normally, he can choose to stop breathing as part of his deathless nature, but that vampiric trait seems to be nullified here.
