( well this was certainly a strange turn in their relationship. what was once contempt and ire was slowly trickling into something more warm, pure and even precious. far too precious for a careless man who so ran from emotions and yet felt them all deep within. he wasn't too sure what to make of all this and yet for once his apathetic mantra came in handy.

'whatever happens, happens.'

and that was the attitude he decided to take now. )
