Well, I guess that just depends on what culture's being taken into consideration, right? But even thinking about that, if people only look toward what something meant in the past and present, then nothing will ever progress, right? Why's something always gotta stay the way it is? Besides, weren't a lot of the fashion pieces considered 'feminine' to...day, [ whatever 'today' is, he figures, for this conversation, it's kind of hard to think about breaking the prime directive with an alien on earth, but like, he's doing his best here. ] considered 'masculine' before?
