... Hm. It sure ain't all puppies and rainbows like how it's presented to the public.

No, not at all. The 'villain' is seldom ever clean cut, either.

[But she's not disagreeing with him.]
I got a feeling but gonna ask anyway. You one of em?

[Painfully so, actually, when he thinks about the dear friend he's been forced to leave behind.]
Yes, my name is Nice. Pleasure to meet you, miss...?

[Clearly he has his own deal going on but... it has her cautiously curious. There are few on the side of heroes that'd voice that kinda opinion out loud.]
You up for sharing what ended up being the final straw for you? To start thinking like that.

[Nice would offer her a polite nod, before his smile would strain once again ever so slightly.]
I don't mind. To be honest, it... might be nice to talk to someone who isn't my manager for once.
[Seeing as his manager didn't listen to his sentiments, nor did the entire company.]
--I have a best friend, we promised to be heroes together.

[She crosses her arms over her chest. So far it sounds like a common start.]
Go on.

[The smile he wears is heavy when he thinks on the past, and his memories even heavier; But Nice will do his best to talk. It's been so long since he's had the chance, and he certainly couldn't unload to Moon either; The poor girl hated him for good reason, and he didn't have the heart to blame her. The fans would never allow him to.]
We managed to raise our Trust Values high enough, but.... Rather than both of us becoming heroes, it was only me. He... Wreck, he was designated a villain I would fight with to raise my own Trust Value. At first, we didn't mind it, and we thought we were doing good... but...
[His smile strains again as he grips a little at his arm.]
... After a while, I stopped being able to meet up with Wreck, and our company stopped calling on him for us to have our 'weekly' fights. I haven't been able to message him either, they're.... worried, that associating with him will lower my Trust Value.

But hearing about his... handlers? She's not liking the sound of it. It sounds like the beginnings of a bad system, one bad enough for him to drop the opinion that he did earlier.]
Does Trust Value got something to do with your hero ranking or something? And does the company got a hand in what numbers you get?
