YOU MAY KNOW EACH OTHER ALREADY - OR YOU MAY NOT. UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, YOU'RE NOW PASSING THE TIME ASKING EACH OTHER QUESTIONS. IT'S A GAME! A QUESTION FOR A QUESTION. YOU START OFF ASKING YOUR OPPONENT A QUESTION OF CHOICE AND IF THEY ANSWER IT, THEY'RE ALLOWED TO ASK YOU A QUESTION IN TURN. THE RULES ARE SIMPLE, ONLY AS LONG AS YOU ANSWER THE OTHER PERSON'S QUESTIONS ARE YOU ALLOWED TO ASK QUESTIONS YOURSELF, BUT THERE IS NO EXPECTATION OF TRUTHFULNESS HERE, LIE IF YOU MUST OR WANT, JUST KEEP THE MOMENTUM GOING.
How to play -
1. Comment with your character's name, fandom and preference.
2. If you want, leave a question in the comment field that your character is asking their opponent. Or don't. I'm not the cops.
3. Pick other characters to question and have fun!

Angry, mean, frustrated, hot-tempered, impatient... I can be quite terrible.

Is it love, if it leaves out all those facets?

[ she shrugs; for all that she speaks of want, this is clearly still all conceptual to her. ]
Do you disagree?

Does it count if you've never given me reason to be so nasty, darling?
i'm cry
Well, if it's me, I'm certain I will. [there isn't much heart in the clash of thumbs, but it's clearly working as intended all the same.] Either way, I'm not sure it counts. There would still be pieces missing, yes?
ME TOO, THEY'RE SO CUTE
Do you always assume you'll bring out the worst in people, darling? And I suppose so, yes. But I truly don't think you could ever hurt me, not in the way you fear, because I'd like to think I know you, too. Just the most important parts.

[well, by one, certainly--one who didn't know all of loki's pieces even half as well as margaery did (and even she still had miles to go, so.)
his tongue clicks at the loss before he shifts to twine their fingers together properly again, nose bumping lightly against her temple for a moment.] But, if you insist, who am I to stop your curiosity?
no subject
[ she squeezes his hand, smiling at the touch, turning her head to lean into him properly. ]
A flower doesn't expect the bee or the bird to stay with it always. It's more than happy enough to be visited every now and then. That's how I see us.

What would you demand? If you were king?
no subject
So many policy and diplomacy changes. But from you? Small trinkets that make you think of me wherever you roam.

For some reason, I see it in the skies, or underwater. Land feels... too restrictive.

[surely the polite thing to do is to extend a palm before them, a small glittering illusion of the starlight citadel shimmering into existence. less polite is sliding his other arm fully around her waist, not salacious so much as anchoring.]
There's something quite special in being able to look down, now and again.

It sounds like what most people would consider paradise. Is that where you're from, darling?
no subject
No, sweetling. [his outstretched hand curls and the little floating fortress vanishes, replaced by a small shimmering valaskjalf when he flattens his fingers out again.] From Asgard.
no subject
Do you miss it? [ she tears her eyes away to look at him. ] When was the last time you were there?
no subject
[his features are quiet, but she's pressed in close--and, frankly, she knows him. ]
I expect I'll return soon enough.
[although it's a matter of his father letting him back, but surely he doesn't need to say that part out loud. not here. not with her.]
no subject
Until then, you always have me.
no subject
Why?

[a genuine question, although really vague compliments will probably do.]
no subject
When I first met you, I found you intriguing - of course. No one's ever held out on answering me directly like you have.
[ her arm winds around his waist too, her grin especially cheeky at this angle. ]
But you see me. And still, I feel safe with you. I don't have to adhere to rules of engagement, or think about how to make you like me. I can just be, as I am. There aren't many people I can say that about, Loki. And I can only hope I make you feel the same way.
no subject
You're wonderful, just being.
