A QUESTION FOR A QUESTION

YOU MAY KNOW EACH OTHER ALREADY - OR YOU MAY NOT. UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, YOU'RE NOW PASSING THE TIME ASKING EACH OTHER QUESTIONS. IT'S A GAME! A QUESTION FOR A QUESTION. YOU START OFF ASKING YOUR OPPONENT A QUESTION OF CHOICE AND IF THEY ANSWER IT, THEY'RE ALLOWED TO ASK YOU A QUESTION IN TURN. THE RULES ARE SIMPLE, ONLY AS LONG AS YOU ANSWER THE OTHER PERSON'S QUESTIONS ARE YOU ALLOWED TO ASK QUESTIONS YOURSELF, BUT THERE IS NO EXPECTATION OF TRUTHFULNESS HERE, LIE IF YOU MUST OR WANT, JUST KEEP THE MOMENTUM GOING.

How to play -
1. Comment with your character's name, fandom and preference.
2. If you want, leave a question in the comment field that your character is asking their opponent. Or don't. I'm not the cops.
3. Pick other characters to question and have fun!

[ Okay, she knows what cheating is, and she also knows that Jill is pretty much a badass and works out a lot. SO... ]

Pancakes! But... [ She trails, clearly in thought as her eyebrows furrow some. ] Is it cheating if it's something you'd eat normally? -- Not that I eat them all the time -- It's more of a novelty and something I really want to have but can't always. I totally would though if I could!

[ There's hardly a break in what she says. She might be a little excited and nervous talking to Jill. Period. But mostly, good food is good food and she can't help but fantasize about how the world used to be sometimes even if she doesn't fully understand it (and even if she might not know what a cheat day is exactly). That's not going to stop her from bolstering confidence until she backs herself into a corner and starts asking even more questions. ]
torsion: (the heartbreaker.)

[ It's not a subject they've broached before, though Ellie has definitely caught her on a cheat day once or twice. ]

A fine choice. [ She says with a small smile, happy to explain the concept to her if she's interested -- or to just chat about whatever in the meantime. ] I guess it wouldn't be cheating then, no. The idea behind it is to eat something that's not really good for you that you enjoy and wouldn't have normally, so you've basically got it.

[ It delights her to listen to Ellie. Never in her previous life would she have thought she'd get along with a kid (well, teenager), but here they were. Ellie was always fun to hang around with and Jill was always happy to reminisce with her, albeit carefully; she doesn't want to sadden Ellie or herself in the process, of course. ]

Anyway, what I'm hearing is that you want pancakes sometime soon. I think we can make it happen.
