If they were doing it for recognition, they were doing it for the wrong reasons. I never wanted to get famous or... anything like that.

I guess what I meant is that sometimes people recognize them for the wrong things— write them off as criminals, which is usually the exact opposite of what they are. Even if you were just doing what you thought was right, it's nice that someone noticed.

It's the deeds themselves that matter most, of course.

Ah... yeah. Yeah, I get what you mean. It uh - wasn't all good though. A lot of people did think I was the one in the wrong. Granted, they were all gangs of thugs and criminals, but still.

I do know a little something about trying to undermine injustice. There are people out there who think they can get away with treating other people like animals or science experiments, just because they look different.
