I’m not familiar with The Time Machine but I’ve read The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings. Have you seen the movies? Frankenstein, I think. I’ve read it a couple times. And Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.
You listened to the recording? Wasn't it incredible? I had to talk my sister down for weeks. If you liked the recording you should read the book. I didn't know there was a movie.
A lot was changed, but it was still amazing. A true piece of art.
Well, I did listen to a recording. I think it was the original but it was a long time ago. But it was so good. I wish I could listen to it for the first time without the knowledge that it is just a story. And I'm downloading the book now. We can watch if you want.
The Hobbit movies got more complaints than The Lord of The Rings did. You watched the extended editions, right?
Uh... I'm a movie first, book after kinda guy because I've found it easier to enjoy the movie if you're not judging it off the book. The books are usually better.

Like, the brain is the one actively making itself feel shitty?
What kinda ridiculous set up is that?
We can start small.
Wanna play 20 questions?

Small is good.
Sure. We can do that if you want to.

Okay.
Starting really small... what's your favourite book?

Oh that's easy. The Hobbit. Well, I also really used to love The Time Machine, which is ironic I guess. You?

I've seen the movies yeah. Watched em as soon as I found out about em.
Frankenstein is really good too. Don't know Willy Wonka.

What did you think??
Oh man! Wonka is wild! I should show you the Gene Wilder movie. That shit is insane.

Should I read the book first?
