Was I not clear the first time. How about you shut up before I pull out your tongue and strangle you with it?

[ After that there's a 0.03 pause before he sends another message through the feed. An an eternity of a pause, really. ]

...you can dismiss those last messages.

Yeah, you know I'm not fucking going to. Who were you talking to?
sm_art_ass: (Eeeekkk)

[personal profile] sm_art_ass 2025-05-02 06:10 pm (UTC)(link)
I do. You could still try.

No one important. Just one of the port personnel who was making disparaging and entirely unprofessional comments.

[ Aka, talking shit about SecUnits, which ART did not appreciate. ]

We can't leave soon enough.

If you're making comments like that to the port authorities, you're going to draw attention to us.
sm_art_ass: (Wait)

[personal profile] sm_art_ass 2025-05-02 06:28 pm (UTC)(link)
They're so stupid that just hearing them talk made my performance reliability drop to 97%, I'd hardly call them an authority in any conceivable form.

Right, but the same goes for just about all humans except your crew.

True.

Fine, I'll not threaten anyone during the rest of our time here unless I deem it necessary.

If I were allowed to use my own hauler bots to finish loading the supplies we would already be gone. The only reason they're forcing us to use their personnel is to charge us for the extra expenses. A waste of time and money.

[personal profile] serialskiller 2025-05-02 06:40 pm (UTC)(link)
That's corporate space for you. The goal is for them to make every last credit they can, whatever it takes to do so. If efficiency is really the goal, you could offer money for them to work faster. Or ask if there's a fee to use your haulers.

[personal profile] sm_art_ass 2025-05-02 06:47 pm (UTC)(link)
I know. I just don't have to like it.

Instead of giving them money they don't deserve, how about I communicate very clearly what could happen if they keep working so slowly?

...

I don't want any of them touching *my* haulers and again, they don't deserve to be paid extra for giving us more problems than solutions.

Still strikes me as unsubtle.

[And another way in which ART earns the Asshole part of the name.]

[personal profile] sm_art_ass 2025-05-02 09:58 pm (UTC)(link)
You know me so well.

[ Stop calling him out. ]

The longer we stay here, the more chances are there for you to end in some sort of trouble.

[personal profile] serialskiller 2025-05-04 01:12 am (UTC)(link)
[It will never stop calling ART out. Someone ought to have done so forever ago.]

For ME to end up in trouble? [Tone indicator: incredulous_3] I'm not the one threatening anyone, am I?
