( the worst kind of game, the kind where he can't even say anything about it. gaon stares at the side of his face for a long time after he turns away, a hand still poised over his paperwork, only half sure how to even proceed. a part of him fucking thrills under the attention, but the part of him that's very aware of where they are is horrified. )

( pointedly not looking at him now. fully, deeply engrossed in his work. )

( he's not, though. at least for a few minutes. he leaves his phone on the desk and doesn't pay either it or kang yohan any attention, even when the screen blinks to life with notifications. he's working! eyes on task. the most diligent associate judge who ever judged.

and then out of habit more than intent he reaches and opens his phone and stills for a second before turning in his seat so his back is most of the way to yohan. )
