Injured by your own hand or someone else's, you still need help to get you through it. Let's hope someone finds you before it's too late!

He allows her to help him up, "A'right, bu' I donnae think I need tae go t'hospital." And he pulls the hand holding back the blood away from the wound to look at it. "Mebbe a towel?" He blinks, blood still flowing a tad and his balance becoming precarious.
