[They neighborhood was fast asleep at this time of night, or well, mostly fast asleep. There was a stray dog that tailed him for the longest and whined at Derek as he scaled the tree in front of the McCall residence to get to the roof, he made a mental note to grab something from Scott's fridge to give the dog if he were still lingering about.

Melissa was gone to work by now, and maybe Derek could have used the front door because of it, but he didn't want to wake Scott if he were sleeping. Not yet, at least. Carefully, he moved across the rooftop until he was able to slide down to Scott's window ledge who was fast asleep in the bundle of his sheets. Scoffing, he raises the window open and drops in quietly, closing the window till only a crack was left open.

The alpha suddenly stops in his approach, glancing around the room with a slightly gaping mouth because for one, the once junky room was actually a little more presentable than usual, and two, it smelled like...well, it smelled like Scott had actually put an effort into cleaning. He took one of Scott's pillows when he was in reach of it, a wicked smirk curling the corners of his mouth as he raised it over his head and brought it down for a loud 'FWAP'ing sound.]

I see you've actually started to clean. [His voice on the other side of the room now, having dropped the pillow on Scott's face in favor of being nosy and rummaging through his things.]
