It is a rough estimate of the movies that feature particularly hardy aliens, or curses, or magic. I still like my odds, but I cannot say entirely for certain.

Considering all three things exist in this universe, I'd say your odds of survival are actually higher. Maybe 99.6%? Can't really calculate for magic, but I've seen your sister kill plenty of aliens.

The type of alien is important. I have not seen anything like a chestburster.

If you have, actually, I do not want to know that. I would prefer to keep thinking they are not real.

No chestbursters, thankfully. A giant flaming alien that destroyed Asgard, yes, but at least there weren't any facehuggers involved. I'd like to think that even the maddest of scientists wouldn't try to replicate those things. Hopefully.

I do not put anything past the mad scientists. For every crazy experiment there is, there is some stupid asshole who thinks he would be able to control it or profit from it or use it for revenge.
