2. dancing with myself - you're dancing alone, nobody's watching. or so you think. busted while busting a move. but hey, there's more embarrassing things (unless you're a REALLY bad dancer).

[ It was some big, fancy London event. Sherlock hadn't wanted to go, but Mycroft, along with the addition of their mummy, had been both quite convincing. She had simply insisted that he go and supported his older brother and why didn't he bring along a date, as well? Oh, she knew her youngest son well enough to know he had no interest in dating, and she'd even tried to set him up with a few up and coming, eligible young women to no avail. In the end, he'd brought along John, mostly so he might not become quite as bored. He could care less if people took this the wrong way and assumed they were a 'couple.' It had never bothered him before.

It was more of a ball, really, and the night had waned on with boring speeches by people who were even stuffier and stodgier than Mycroft. Sherlock had only danced one, with a woman whom he hardly spoke one word to, if only to appease his brother, and subsequently, his mother. But there weren't many dancing now, and while he wanted to just leave... he got another idea.
