If there's anything Ada knows she can plan on it's that nothing ever goes according to plan. But she also knows that's not exactly a bad thing.

Whether the only room available had truly been the bridal suite penthouse or the front desk had hoped to scare them off with the price was irrelevant: there was a bed, for whatever good that would do them, doors that locked, and more privacy than most other rooms. And the bathtub...the bathtub.

Ada had swanned into the suite and immediately set about checking drawers and wardrobes til she found the fluffy robes, disrobed on the spot to change into one, and bottle of champagne in one hand began running the water for the, frankly ridiculous, jacuzzi bath. The size of it indicated it would take some time.

For the moment, however, she's perched on the edge of the tub, eyeing the small bottles of lotions and potential bubbles, and genuinely debating the fate of the bottle of champagne. Anything to keep from dwelling on the fact that she can't quite pinpoint a place on her body that isn't aching, that she has no guarantee of time to waste. She can't help but keep playing along, as if everything can be simpler if she pretends it is...even if she wouldn't trade these complications for the world. Wouldn't trade the man she'd bet good money is picking up the clothes she left on the floor right now.

She selects a bottle at random, inhales deeply and decides it'll do, and pours the entire little thing into the tub before she swivels to set her feet in the water and closes her eyes with a quiet groan.
