It is disgusting and for Steve, even more to think that someone could force this on another person. He's been there. With his size and strength, he's been on Bucky's side things with the drugs. SHIELD had been a lucky break. The luckiest thing that had ever happened to him. He's trying to be that for the man he's just bought but it's not an easy road.

Steve is relieved when James starts to come to. It's hard to hear the man's response to still being alive but it'll take time. It's enough right now that he has the chance to prove it to him.

The doctor shooting him a glare gets one back. Steve is here isn't he? He's doing everything he can to make him comfortable. Any other slave master would have taken him back or dumped him on the side of the road to die. Steve is at a hospital.
