[ Lycaon's eye widens just a touch at the chiding response because he really didn't mean anything by it but does belatedly realize it sounded like flirting. Oh.

Nevertheless! He listens to the rest of what Titus says and feels warm inside at the assessment. No, he does not want to murder Titus. He thinks he is a personable and kind gentleman from first impression and would enjoy getting to know him more. ]

You also seem nice, sir. It is a shame about dinner because I would very much enjoy taking you out. I do not know a robust amount about vampires though, so you would have to share with me what kind of blood I would need to prepare for you.

[ Then a thought occurs to him. ]

... Huh, I wonder if you'd be able to drink my blood. I would be more than happy to offer it as thanks.

[ That is a question, isn't it? Titus has heard that if you can drink from a werewolf the blood is different, stronger, but Lycaon's not a werewolf. He's a wolf who... happens to look exactly like one. If he was more academically inclined he'd probably jump at the chance if only to see what differences there are, if any, between Lycaon's blood and a human's. Titus is tempted for entirely baser reasons - hes' a vampire, and offering blood is always tempting. He can't really blush or anything like that without intent to do so anymore, attempts to look human in that regard requite active attempts and he's not wasting the blood he's recently had on that. But Christ it's tempting, and he has to swallow down the salivation that builds up in his mouth at just the offer. Focus, Titus, you're not a damn animal. Even if you're kinda hungry. ]

Blood is blood. Some vampires have requirements for what they need to drink, but any works for most of us.

You should be more cautious about just offering that up, too. Some would take advantage.

[ And Lycaon is here — innocently unaware of Titus' thoughts. He truly does think it would just be a form of politeness to offer up his blood in gratitude to a new friend. After all, blood always comes back after a while. He doubts Titus would be rude enough to drink him dry. ]

I agree, yes. Yet, you don't seem the type to take advantage, thus my offer.

But there is no time limit on it either. If you change your mind in the future, I would be happy to offer myself up to you.

Well, be careful about offering that up so freely to any other bloodsucker, then. We're not all so polite.

[ His eyes go to Lycaon's throat. Of course, he's tall enough that's kind of naturally where Titus' eyeline falls anyway... he's correct in his assumption though, Titus would prefer not to kill when he feeds whenever possible and blessedly has the self-control to mostly avoid it being an issue.

I appreciate the advice. I have little experience with vampires so I could not be sure what the preferred form of gratitude would be. All I know is that your kind drinks blood and that is all I have to offer.

[ A pause, he considers Titus' words. ]

A third date... is it because it's a personal experience? Like how I would not offer my tail up for anyone but close friends or intimate partners to touch?
