He's never been into one, has only ever heard of the establishment and the variation of American classics being served, and while the option to outright refuse the Cat King seemed like the best and smartest option at the time of the invitation, Edwin must admit that curiousity has gotten the best of him.

About the restaurant, of course.

He sits across from the Cat King now, observing the patrons in their booths quite like this one, and servers darting about taking orders and delivering plates piled high with flapjacks and bacon.

Edwin adjusts the collar of his coat, regaining his composure and eventually faces the inevitable: looking in the Cat King's direction. It does ... ridiculous, unwanted, funny things to him, but he stamps all of it down and sticks to the practicalities of this encounter. ]
