I dunno. I just been having a taste for it a lot. What's weird about that?
[There was a casual shrug from her. Yeah, she eats pineapple on pizza sometimes, but as of late it's been a preference. A weekly one at that with the need to dip it in garlic sauce. Probably nothing....well other than that week ago she willingly ate a slice of that creepy supreme pizza.
Yeah, okay her appetite definitely been different along with some notable changes in body that's been subtle. Right now, she's just leaning back on the couch in the lair looking to see what pizza place is open in the middle of the night.]

larus hadn't believed he'd found the right one until some of the local drunks had made a scene of cursing jaskier's name in time with bellowing whatever song he must have performed. (some of the lyrics needed work, but larus wasn't particularly inclined to such things. maybe it was actually good.) still, it had told him all he'd needed to know: he'd done the impossible and tracked him down.
after finding himself in this world, it had taken months to get his bearings and even longer to understand anything beyond that. incidentally, learning jaskier was there had been an accident. one he'd started to obsess over until it had dragged him to this shabby building in the middle of the night with only hints and whispers to go on. he blended in well enough when he chose to, and it's the steady sound of a heartbeat he knows that draws him to the other side of the inn.
larus waits, attempting to gauge whether or not jaskier might be alone. not that it would matter either way; it'd just be easier to speak to him without an audience. and content that there wouldn't be any particular disturbances for the next few minutes, he scales the side of the inn.
and into jaskier's window. ]
I finally found you, [ is all he says in the way of announcing himself. anticlimactic but blunt, his voice oddly soft as his eyes search the room for jaskier. ]
