[A hot spring is good for many things — alleviating fatigue, relieving aches and pains, reducing stress, helping blood circulation. Even though she doesn't need much help with that last one. Even though the regulars talk to her like her Japanese stopped being fluent with the change of her skin tone. For her this is a memory in the making with her friends. With Kazuma. She can put on a smile and be treated like a stranger in her birth world if she can have that.

(she isn't one to vacation. there's too much to do to fuss over planning a holiday but at some point a break becomes mandatory. can't be burning the candle from both ends, they say. soon she's on a plane to malaysia---an all-inclusive resort, she's told. and it's lovely enough a place. but integra cannot recall the last time she truly relaxed ever. she settles into her suite and just...sits. she stares at the beach view through the sliding glass balcony doors. thinking. mostly about the hellsing organization crumbling without her watchful eyes and guiding hand. eventually she takes a peek at a pamphlet of amenities, the crown jewel apparently being a world-class spa.

Kuwana often talks about her bad luck, but to Tonbo's mind, it's not so bad. And often, it's balanced out with good. And between the two of them, when good luck is in, it's IN. (Or, typical protag device. One or the other.)
This time, fortunate luck favoured them with a grand prize from a department store's lottery: a fully inclusive spa day for two people, 'romantic' options available.
So the date, and said options, were set (he left it up to Kuwana) and here they are, being led into such a fashionable room that Tonbo is afraid of accidentally causing some damage by merely brushing up against something wrong. But it is lovely- a clean and warm aesthetic that is clearly meant to put him at ease.
He'll do his very best to enjoy this. Although he has no idea what he's gotten into. (He's pretty sure a pedicure was part of the menu? That's... feet, right?)
But to start is a body massage, face-down on a soft table. He is completely unused to such a treatment... but once he starts to relax at Kuwana's encouragement (and assures the masseuse that he can use a lot of force), he starts to see the appeal.
(He also has a moment of wondering if they have a way to make Kuwana comfortable on her massage table, but he'll leave that up to her and her masseuse. Surely the staff know what to do.)

It's out of habit that he examines his surroundings, noting exits, windows, and individuals among other things.
At the desk he lets Tifa choose which activities she wants, his only request being a quiet one to her. "Nothing public." He really doesn't want to sit in a mud bath with strangers.
