[ Robin does not trust himself with the finer arts of pastry making, or really any culinary talent whatsoever (except for making strange concoctions that Panne some how finds delicious. He does not understand.) Instead, he tends to head into the Marketplace and find food there as he searches for other needed supplies and perhaps a few more books on geography and strategy.

Which is how he finds himself the happy new owner of two meat pies, quite warm. It smells delicious, and frankly he was starving.

Riley was supposed to be meeting Dave for a little day out at the park, but she'd smelled something delicious as she was heading for it and had had to pull in and find out what it was. It was a cute little pastry shop with a window filled with delicious looking things that if she was human would probably go straight to her hips. Thank god for high metabolisms.

Heading in, the smell was even better inside, distracting her a little as she tried to figure out what she wanted to get. The helpful woman behind the counter pointed out the sale on white chocolate mint cupcakes and damned if those didn't sound absolutely like the most perfect suggestion ever. She got four (just in case), and had them boxed up to take with her.

Then she continued on her way to meet a certain cute guy at a certain park for a certain date that wasn't really a date. It was just hanging out. With cupcakes. She arrived at the park and slid out of the car, box tucked against her side as she picked him up by scent. Yes, it was a nifty skill to have. She waved at him as she came closer. "Hey. You weren't waiting long, were you? I'm sorry, but I just had to stop for these."
