[ There's something really cool going on nearby, Yuffie's certain of it.

They're in Gongaga, the vibes are weird between everyone and now the town is holding some sort of...ritual? Wait, maybe this is a bad time. She clearly needs an Adult.

But one who isn't going to scold her too bad.

So it's Aerith she's creeping up on, being professional about this business of silence. She doesn't want to start a Whole Thing right now with everyone else - something she wouldn't have cared about weeks ago but here she is. Growing and learning. ]

Hey. Aerithhhhhh... [ She started off way too loud, and Yuffie shoots a panicked look at Tifa's sleeping form in the room. ] Wake up no yelling.

( well, gongaga in general is just a Time and it really is no wonder that the vibes are off.

her sleep was dreamless anyway, light out of unrest, but when a presence is felt and her name is said and she almost screams until her sleep-addled delirium registers their resident ninja, and cuts herself short with a clasp over her own mouth.

No, I haven't slept yet, somethings going on - [ She points at the window, which is glowing with the reflection of lights outside. Also she hasn't slept because she spent most of her day so bored and laying about that she's accumulated enough energy to power Midgar. Someone should slip her a melatonin. ] I think it's gonna be really awesome or really shady.

[ Her hand grasps at Aerith's forearm, tugging slightly. There may be a slightly manic look in her eye, prayers 4 Aerith. ] We gotta scope it out. Make sure it's on the up and up, right?

[ It has not entered her mind this may not be a big deal. She's already built it up to epic proportions in her mind. ]

( at the bid of her finger, she glances outwards. which only makes it look like that it's daytime for a second, which does make her worry that this one hasn't slept yet?

then she keeps going, and going, and she's already rubbing at her eyes and letting herself get tugged out of the warm and comfortable bed before she shuffles about the room to pick up her coat and boots.

she's taking the W that she's the cool enough Adult to get called for something like this. besides, it is odd. )

[ Yuffie's practically dancing in place...well also being quiet. Kinda. She thinks about creeping over to the window to peek outside, but doesn't want to chance someone more responsible waking up and ruining her midnight adventure with Aerith. ]

'Cause they would all just tell me to go to bed! Maybe not Cait but he would need a megaphone for some reason and I'm trying to keep this on the down-low. [ She's tiptoeing to the doorway, casting an eye over anyone else resting in the room.

Vincent's not there, but he probably found some grody coffin out in the woods. Like a weirdo. ]

Besides, I'll protect you if they happen to be a crazy mob! [ Her whispers are getting less whisper-y and more normal volume oh no. ]

( and out of everyone - she's far more likely to sneak out with her for SURE. she loves this stuff. so, good choice.

but she does give it another thought just as she fits in her second boot, just because the risks are a lot higher now than they were a few years ago, but figures that they'll be close enough if anything were to happen since they're remaining in the settled areas anyway?

ah, but to make sure they can actually leave. she's taking the girl by both arms and holding her still before she vibrates out of this plane of existence. a gentle squeeze, a calm voice, then a small smile. )

( she trusts yuffie's lookout, and leads her right out with an arm looped around the other's, shutting her door gently behind them as she shuffles right on along. )

[ It helps her focus when Aerith forces her attention, and now they are on the move. Yuffie hesitates at the last question, realizing she's probably getting a little carried away here. Take it down a notch, we can be cool Yuffie and not just hopping around to conclusions. ]

Ehhh, I don't really get bad vibes from these people. [ Everyone's been pretty nice, if a little obsessed with mushrooms. Maybe they aren't just regular ol' mushrooms, though, but the kind she heard about from her older cousin (who totally wouldn't have made up a story like that or anything). ]
