One thing is certain--there is someone driving and someone is riding with him/her (whether it's legal or not). Sometimes, the destination is not the point--the road there is where all the fun is to be had!

Because she didn't know who he was, he didn't put up as much of a fight as he could have. None of the moves he used were lethal and really, when it became clear she just wants him to drive. Well, he might as well ride this out and see where it went and if she was dangerous and someone they would need to worry about later.
