Powerful, magical, and downright funky-looking glasses that when worn make the wearer ABSOLUTELY irressistble. "Love at first sight" is just barely scratching the surface, folks. Anyone or anything that looks at someone wearing these will instantly fall madly in love with them. To the point of obsession. What's more? The glasses themselves are so finely crafted that the wearer may not even be aware that the glasses are resting upon their facial features.That's the least of their concerns, however . The Spectacles often have disastrous results . . .

Shizuo had just been walking to the store. It wasn't like this day had been out of the ordinary, and to be honest he had entirely expected it to stay that way. Yet as he was walking through the ramen aisle, someone caught his eye.

The girl was in no way spectacular looking. Cute, sure, but it wasn't as though that was anything new, but something about her just drew Shizuo in, and try as he might, he just couldn't look away. Was this what they called love at first sight? No, wait, that was stupid. Shizuo nearly punched himself in the face at the thought, but was too transfixed to do anything.
