1. Always been this size - Maybe you're a borrower, or some other type of tiny creature, but you've always been smaller than other people around you.
2. You probably shouldn't have ate that - An item caused this, either something you ate or drank, or something you picked up when you shouldn't. Either way, suddenly you're tiny. Do you ask for help, or try to sort this yourself?
3. Another world, another size - You suddenly find yourself in another world! Maybe that dimension-hopping trick worked? But something's not right. You're smaller than the other inhabitants of this world. Or, maybe, you knew this would happen and you're out looking for information?
4. Anything else? - Anything else I've missed out in this, go nuts!
