TYPE OF SCENE.
① Action → Gun fights, bar brawls, fights to the death are all possible scenarios.
② Angst → Characters suffer emotionally or physically from relationships breaking up, death, injury, etc. Hurt and comfort themes are included.
③ Crack → Genderswaps, super powers, sudden compulsions are all possible outcomes.
④ Fluff → Something that is devoid of angst. It's light-hearted and might have the overtone of romance.
⑤ Gen → General fun, things that didn't fit in the other categories.
⑥ Sex → First times, kinks, even dubcon are all possible themes of sex related scenarios.
⑦ Your choice → Think of your own scenario, choose one of the above or make a combo even!


ACTION.
① Zombies → It's the zombie apocalypse, lock and load!
② Bar brawl → You had one too many drinks, said something wrong, and now you're being asked to take it outside.
③ Chase → You're caught in a high speed chase.
④ Gun fight → You're caught in a big shoot-out.
⑤ Fight with a friend → You're fighting with a friend, all out.
⑥ Interrogation → You're being interrogated for some offense you've done.
⑦ Aliens → Aliens are attacking and you're not going to take your probe laying down!
⑧ Final battle → This is it. The battle that will end all the fighting for you. Will you win? Will you get that peace you want?
⑨ Training → You're not actually fighting, just training for the inevitable.
⑩ No hope → You know this fight has no hope. It's not going to end well for anyone involved, but you can't turn away.
⑪ Sneaking in → You're stealing a diamond or sneaking in to kick some bad guy butt, but whatever it is, you have to practice stealth.
⑫ Blue wire → You're faced with a bomb that needs to be disarmed.
⑬ Fight for honor → You've been disgraced or someone you care about has, so it's time to fight for honour.
⑭ Showdown → Time for a cowboy-style showdown. Whoever draws the fastest wins.
⑮ War → You're caught in the middle of a war here. Remember to keep your chin up and keeping fighting.
⑯ Apocalypse → The apocalypse finally happened and now you're left to scavenge and fight for whatever is left.
⑰ Sabotage → It's time to sabotage someone's plan! How is entirely up to you. Do you set up a bomb in their toilet? Do you double cross them at the last minute?
⑱ Big damn hero → You know you have to handle this one alone, so that means disarming or knocking unconscious the person who wants to join you.
⑲ Fight club → You know the rules... you're in an underground fighting ring and you're fighting with all you've got.
⑳ Threaten → You've just been sent here to rough them up a little, threaten them into behaving.


ANGST.
① Injury / illness → Your character has become injured or ill! To what extent is the mun's choice.
② Last moments → You character has been gravely injured and this is their last chance to say their last words.
③ Depression → Your character is depressed, what actions they take is up to the mun.
④ Betrayed → You character has been betrayed by the other. How do they react?
⑤ Tortured → Your character is being tortured and needs rescuing or at least a sympathetic ear to help him through it.
⑥ Jealousy → Your character is feeling jealous and must deal with it, how will they do it?
⑦ Breakup! → This relationship has gone as far as it can, it's time to breakup.
⑧ Broken → For whatever reason, the character is broken, mentally or or physically.
⑨ Fight → You can't even be in the same room as your friend or lover without arguing anymore.
⑩ Lost → You lost the biggest fight of your life and now all you can do is try to pick up the pieces.
⑪ Worst nightmare → Whatever you fear the most is now real or maybe you're just trapped in a dream together, but whatever it is, it feels too real.
⑫ Addicted → You're addicted to something, alcohol, drugs, sex, whatever. It's destroying your life and you can't do anything to stop it.
⑬ Hurt you → You're being forced to hurt someone you love either by betraying them or even being forced to shout things you don't mean. It's for their own good in the end though.
⑭ Separation → You were forced to leave this person for their own safety and while you've been miserable without them, you really didn't mean to run into them again... maybe it was by accident or you were watching them from afar this whole time.
⑮ Becoming a monster → You are slowly changing, becoming a monster: vampire, zombie, demon, something you can't recover from and no-one can help you.
⑯ Frozen → You are entirely helpless, frozen, to stop some kind of disaster.
⑰ Prison → You were very bad and now it's time to pay the price by turning yourself in or maybe the law just finally caught up to you.
⑱ Fear → You're not sure why, but you are suddenly terrified and you can't deal with it. You need help.
⑲ Hated → You are now hated by the person you loved the most.
⑳ Down and out → You're living on the streets, you've hit rock bottom, and you don't know what to do.


CRACK.
① Sexswap → Uh-oh, you're suddenly the opposite sex!
② Forced confessions → No matter what it is and no matter how hard you resist, you're going to be compelled to spill some deep dark secret!
③ Mind-reading → You've suddenly got the ability to read minds!
④ Animal → You're suddenly part animal or transformed into an animal!
⑤ Awkward pick-up lines → You're compelled to use bad pickup lines on whoever is closest!

It is the first time I've tried. [ A statement; whether or not Kirk chooses to believe it is none of his concern.

In the next round, he doesn't even have to watch the good captain in action on the field to get his head around what's been in those reports; this is already a fairly adequate illustration. Capable, but impulsive, with the tendency to be overly confident --

The commander's one of the few who remain quiet at Kirk's dismal failure of a third throw, though the rim of his glass obscures an already nigh-imperceptible quirk in the corner of his lips from the amusement. In a couple of turns he'll be up at the oche again, but for now there's still time for a little more drink. ]

[ His little bundle (apparently, hardly of joy) proved not much lighter; there is something about the garden that spreads weightlessness like contagion. As if the moment his little Trojan toy transformed from mortal actor to immortal witness, he gained a sliver of divinity in exchange for relevance.

He frowns again, considering - does this make him the least worthwhile of all? - then starts to swing Ganymede a little to the left, then the right, imitating the pattern of his gift's play prior. Maybe he might persuade the poppies to paw.... hmmm... ]

[ Repeated, as if heard for the first time, undecipherable. He fixes Ganymede with a measuring glance, leaning in until their foreheads barely touch. ]

[well, he forgot about certain safety precautions again, but he's not a very reliable guy so maybe that's not surprising. He's not thinking about that; he's just thinking about her, how she feels and how even though he meant her to be the one to lose herself, he's getting just as lost.

He moves his hand away, lifting it to comb through her hair. This is closer to what he wanted but no way will he say that to Emma. He guides them together, smiling against her skin. It really wasn't that long ago but feeling inside hre is still exciting and wonderful]

[Certain safety precautions may go forgotten by August, but Emma's doing a lot better. They wouldn't be in this situation if she wasn't being careful; she knows better than to rely on a guy for something like that. With it taken care of, she can focus on him instead of worrying about something that's not going to happen.

She groans her approval and rakes her nails across his back, giving herself a moment after her moves to start to meet his thrusts. It's intense, being like this with nothing between them, but maybe that's the way it's supposed to be. She kisses him hard and pulls back, wanting to see his eyes in the middle of this. Emma has her own ideas, but they're hard to put into action with him distracting her, and yet she's always up for whatever distraction he wants to provide.]

[ The moment Apollo's hands slip from his own, the prince's stomach falls, bright blue eyes widening and his mouth parting in a surprised 'o' shape. He cannot die -- he has proved this to himself on countless occasions, to himself and to witnesses -- but the sudden release comes as a surprise, and he expects the fall that is sure to come.

But it doesn't.

He's seemingly weightless, the thin fabric of his clothing fluttering as he curls his outstretched fingers, embarrassed now. The flush spreads quickly across his cheeks, his jaw setting, but it's so difficult to stay angry when he's floating through the sky above his -- their? -- garden, the brief spurt of adrenaline leaving the pads of his fingers tingling. ]

Then I will request it.

[ Only because he doesn't wish it, Ganymede tries to silently convince himself, arms spreading wide as he attempts to grow accustomed to the feeling of floating. His fingers itch to find Apollo's own once more, to assure he won't fall, but he won't allow himself that. ]

[ The first couple of weeks following his revival had been little short of disorientating. Resultant shock from the thawing, confusion and then, later, frustration when told he was the only one they brought back, and the sheer rage when the threats finally came. Work for them, the Admiral said, or the Botany Bay would be the carrier of six dozen cadavers, plus one, the next and last time she was launched into the void.

So Khan was obedient, ruefully so, with no other choice available to him - at least for the meantime. Playing catch-up with everything they'd missed from all those years in stasis - history, technology, science - took much less time than they'd all expected, and soon papers and plans were not enough. He'd given to pacing the apartment - a cleverly-disguised cage - like a maddened animal, until finally they relented, and he was able to begin work in earnest.

He was given free roam of the facility and a story to feed anyone he happened to come across who turned out to be the curious sort, though Marcus still held seventy-two lives over his head just in case he were ever to reveal just a little too much, and so Commander John Harrison kept to himself, for the most part, gathering materials and working in isolation within the deepest levels of the labs. He didn't need to share what he was working on, not always, and his plans held only as much detail as he wanted to his captors to have, nothing more; escape was possible, he reasoned, but it would take time and careful planning.

The Augment never paid much heed to the others in the facility, either, being far too focused on his task for that, and he would've continued to do so had he not begun to notice the discrepancies that were beginning to mar the information he'd gathered from his access of all of Starfleet's most confidential records.

It hadn't taken him long to trace it all back down to a small number of possible culprits, one of them being a certain Doctor Hansen: newly in the employ of Section 31, arguably an organization reliant upon what one might call the elite - of the humans, that is - and yet scans and searches run on her background showed a life that for all intents and purposes could have that of any single mundane lower entity on the planet. No, there was always an abnormality in the lives of each and every one of those operatives prior to their joining, no matter how small. That, and the fact that she was touted as a scientist so skilled that these incidents seemed almost impossible, even considering the instability of what she was working with. It all seemed almost… deliberate, somehow.

Not that it mattered to him what her intentions were, but with that information missing, the construction of the ship was threatening to come to a screeching halt, and he certainly couldn't have that, no. Not with so much at stake.

His visit to the other end of the engineering sector comes in the early hours of the morning, and the Augment arrives unannounced at the worksite, where the good doctor's access card was last found registered in the records. There are few up and about at this time, a grand total of nine scattered about the facility, and so he doesn't expect it take long to locate her. ]

[ He should, in theory, spare Ganymede enough of a thought to teach him proper floating; this sort of frantic... manhandling of thin air simply won't do. He mutters, softly - ]

You're not a drowning dog.

[ - then he stops, mouth agape and suitably impressed with Ganymede's decision to make a sheer and utter nuisance of himself once more. His arms cross tightly across his chest, suspending the breath he doesn't need to take. ]

I deny.

Were you not the one to call me a pet?

[ With any luck, the mumbling will not encourage thoughts of collars and scratching him behind the ear again (even if the brush of Apollo's fingers were so warm, comforting; no, no, no, degrading).

He is graceful in everything he does -- graceful, practiced, beautiful, even in anger, but this is something different altogether. Ganymede's bright blue eyes are wide, much like a child's, as he kicks slender legs experimentally, flailing his arms, but no matter what he tries, he can't seem to will his suspended form to move.

But he isn't falling, and that is a start. ]

You would deny the chance to see the world with me? I suppose if --

[ But there's no chance to finish the remark as he floats and then dips a little, surprise begging that his slender arm shoots outward, graceful fingers grabbing at the closest stable surface -- the emerald eyed god's folded arms, his wrist. ]

[He knows she feels the same, he's just never pushed her to actually say it. And apparently he's not going to push tonight, either, because he just nods and strokes his hands over her thighs as she agrees with him, just leans up to steal an almost chaste kiss.]

That's good.

[invulnerated]

[She holds her breath half-way through the chase press of his lips against hers, her hands finding their way to his bare shoulders, fingers curling into a fist. An exhale, and off she goes again.]

I miss you so much when you're not around, if feels like pieces of me are gone. It's terrifying.

[ How... helpless.

He never expected proficiency, but certainly an - an instinct, at the very least, for passable competence would have been - he tsks, clicking his tongue loudly in admonishment, before swatting away Ganymede's reaching fingers. Everyone knows children that grow too used to spoiling grow unbecomingly complacent. ]

Just fall, if you're that useless.

[ It's only the littlest bit of height to cover, after all, and a flock of poppies to lessen the hurts of impact.

But then stiffens in place, suddenly alert, and shoots out to grab the prince by the waist, lowering them in steady descent. If the idiot somehow dies just to spite him, Apollo'll have to wait hours until he's finished with revival, and that'll hardly be a lark. ]

You're pathetic at this.

[ The prince grits his teeth as his feet find the solid ground beneath them, golden strands tousled by the wind, and graceful fingers pressed against the emerald eyed god's chest. Soft and hard press against his digits, jewelry and fabric that will never wrinkle, as he glowers at his captor. ]

Then teach me.

[ Once more, he forgets himself; he forgets that he stands before Apollo, the god of the sun whose sandals he should be professing poetry to and peppering with kisses, and instead huffs with the memory of his regal nature. Though slight in stature and in frame, he stands tall, the light of the stars illuminating the price as he nudges at his god's chest, attempting to break from his grasp. ]

There are things that you are pathetic at, too.

[ An open challenge by a frustrated boy prince, should Apollo choose to take it. Already he is working to formulate a list, grasping at something, something ... ]

[ Confrontation triumphs over apathy - he'll take it any day of the weeks he's too oblivious to count, when it comes to the entertainment served by his begrudging animal.

'If he can say it, it is true.' He tries, half-heartedly, to utter the rejection of his supposed futility at any given thing: lips move, sound eludes. Ah. There must be something he too hasn't perfected - something so beyond the scope of his utility that he hasn't even grasped it. Well, then. That can't be helped.

His hands join Ganymede's upon him, disruptive. ]

What... are you doing, exactly?

[ Graceful fingers still under the warmth of the emerald eyed god's touch. Although he does his very best to treat his captor with more than a measure of apathy -- as if gods, mortals, and those caught between hold a common ground -- it's brief moments like these that he remembers, and just for a moment he falters. Perhaps it's how Apollo's eyes seem to see him and past him all at once, or the warm press of perfect hands; whatever it is, Ganymede falls quiet a moment, lingering in it, before trying again. ]

I was trying to reclaim my own space.

[ The cutting edge to the words that he works to craft is not there, tempered by a curiosity as he blinks his bright blue eyes, noting that this god cannot bring argument against his accusation. So he is right. The prince's lips part, his chest heaving and falling with a breath as his head tilts ever so slightly to the right in consideration. ]

So what is it that you cannot do ..?

[ His hands linger as he tries hard to think of something small, something trivial, that is his and not Apollo's. ]

[ Something he can't do... play the lyre, as the girl had meant him to? But that is what he has not done, or wished to do, not that for which he lacks the time, skill, or ability. What... is...

He doesn't remember to prompt this makeshift body of his into the proper designations of pallor, but it occurs to him belatedly that this is when humans might. The moment is wasted, as he stares past Ganymede's shoulder, transfixed. Underneath them, poppy. Underneath poppy, dirt. Underneath dirt...

...yes, that. That he cannot do well. That, he cannot do at all.

He remembers to pat the top of Ganymede's head lightly, as if in apology for more delay. ]

What... [ His lips come too dry. They're licked tentatively. How stupid that this should startle even him. ] ...do I gain by telling you?

[ Apollo is too quite for too long, and it causes the prince's chest to tighten slightly, his delicate brows pulling subtly. For an impatient god that is ever moving, ever speaking, he has fallen so silent and despite his every attempt to dismiss it from his thoughts, a brief concern washes over his person.
