"Of all the charted class M planets, no two are even remotely alike, therefore seeing one is not the same as having seen them all," however, he had a feeling this was Jim's way of saying that he'd decided the planet was less interesting than the ship, or at least, this particular part of the ship, with him in it. There was no room for doubt as he commented on the view.

There was a solitary eyebrow raised in response to Jim's obvious, blunt flirtation. He might have made a comment about how his creativity left something to be desired, but there was no arguing with the welcome touch. He slipped his hand into Kirk's, hands aligned, palms and fingertips pressing briefly in what Jim now knew constituted the Vulcan version of a kiss before he linked fingers with the human and turned in his seat, his empty lap an invitation.
