He was ignoring that, Isaac. The offer had him giving Isaac a look. "Go out? Get dates? I, uh, I don't think that's a good idea." Mostly because if Isaac was running around getting laid, Stiles wasn't sure he wanted to hook up with anyone he might have slept with (eww), or anyone that thought just jumping into sex right off the bad sounded like a good plan.

He shrugged. "I guess that's an answer. Or, it's as good as any." He turned to leave the kitchen, assuming Isaac would just follow him up to his room (like a good puppy).
