The groups by now were spread out in the area, and the commander along with two of the drones began to make their way up the sand, oblivious to their onlooker for the time being, though they were getting mighty close.

The commander stopped halfway up the dune, eyes already narrowed to keep the sun out of them but eh thought he saw something.
