You're a bad guy, but are you really a "bad guy?" Are you wicked or did you have wicked thrust upon you? Even if the wicked lead lonely lives there's always that one person who sees through the ugly to the good. Beauty to the beast, Good guy to the bad guy, this meme is for the bad guys and the one person who sees them as people. From Watson to Sherlock (one semi-normal guy to his high functioning sociopath) Shrek and Donkey, Ralph and Vanellope. The outcasts and the misfits meet the bad dudes. This is for bad guys and their bros.

1. Why won't you leave me alone? You've gathered a follower who doesn't seem to want to listen when you tell them to go away. All you want to do is brood dammit or go about your nefarious schemes but no. They are here, they are smiling or taunting or generally just around. How will you get rid of them?

2. Psssh. So what? So you burned down your village for some weird reason. So what? They don't seem to be judging you. They still care. Heck they might even sympathize. How is that even possible. Everybody close to you hates your guts.

3. Let's do battle! we'll make a great team! You're going to fight a mutual enemy! all right! How will your underhanded or violent tactics match up with their sweet nature or decent morality? Will they match up? They don't seem to stopped believing in you so far...

4. This love. Is it more then just appreciation? More then just friendship? Could you be close to a monster? But who could ever learn to love a beast? Could you have found the one? How will they prove to you their love?

5. That sudden but inevitable betrayal You're a good guy, but you're not a "good guy." You're a bad guy in the end. And no matter how much you might care for them, they're good guys and they'll have to go.

6. Alignment Change? You always were a bad guy but having just that one person believing in you means you might be ready to do the impossible in storytelling but not the impossible in life. Make an alignment change! Time to be good, time to turn your coat, time to turn away form the evil queen or dark regime and go to team good!

7. No one mourns the wicked except for me You're the bad guy and you're dying! Oh no! But your friend, your buddy and your pal - they care! They never stopped believing in you! No one will lay a lily on your grave? forget it! Someone will be there, when you have your last words, someone will be there and you won't be alone.

8. Wreck-it-Ralph ending the more things change the more they stay the same. You're still a bad guy. It's who you are, who the heck is going to want to change that? But you've made a friend and they're speaking on your behalf. So maybe people are a little more understanding.

Valvatorez is kind of an odd duck in that he intentionally designates himself as a villain... even though he's actually a pretty nice guy with a very clear set of morals. He's just a "bad guy" because the world needs a villain to set it straight.

Feel free to roll, or I can on an individual basis.]

Okay, maybe not so much that last one, but stranger things have been attributed to boogeymen. But I digress.

As the sun sinks beneath the tops of the trees, long shadows creep over the land like dark fingers, far more sinister than usual. The shadows seem to devour the light, almost alive in their ravenous quest to blanket everything in darkness. And from within the very heart of the all-consuming shade, two red eyes peer out, fixed on the one foolish human still outside his home.]

[Emizel was not that much focused on the shadows, or he hadn't been until now anyway. No point in getting his imagination worked up even more by thinking something was going to jump out and attack him as he hurried. Although now, he's pretty sure he did not just imagine those red eyes... No, they looked pretty damn real.]

[That may have been his cue to drop anything he was doing and step away...]

[The eyes draw closer, matching Emizel's retreating steps, but still they remain the only visible part of the advancing monster.

At least until it suddenly charges him... and 'it' ends up being a swarm of bats that rush harmlessly around and past him. See? That's all it was, nothing to be afraid of, just a bunch of bats.]

Do you know why there's a mandatory curfew? [comes a sudden voice from the tall, dark figure behind him who had definitely not been there a second ago.]

--GAH! [Flails and tried to move around but instead tripped on the ground. And now he's... err, kind of too scared to get back up.]
