I don't mind! The truth of it is that I chose it because it was my way off Cardalek. Leah Savitskaya visited the Tower and I got to talking with her, and I listened to what she said to other people, so I knew that she had no permanent second-shift astrogator and that she was struggling to find people to fill in for any length of time.

Taking advantage of an opportunity that’s given to you is never a bad idea. I’d have done the same thing in your place. Listening to other people, learning where I’m wanted or needed.

Quick thinking. I’ll admit when I was new on board, when I didn’t know everyone so well, I thought in a similar way. I wanted to make myself useful because I didn’t really have anywhere to go.

I’m on engineering work, at the moment. As it turns out, I’m quite good at it - because I’m small, I have an easier time fitting into tight spaces or retrieving things.
