The premise is simple.

[1] Your character has a sign listing out all the pros and cons of dating them. Maybe they wrote it themselves, maybe they didn't.
[2] This list is displayed for everyone else to see.
[3] That's it.

Is really good at a lot of stuff. It can be annoying.
Comes with more baggage than an airport allows
If it goes far enough, you'll hate your in-laws
Plays for both teams...when he's willing to play. He sits on the bench most of the time and doesn't even watch the game.

( Once they are in her hands, Rey does her best to school her features, but there's the occasional twitch in her cheek or at the corner of her mouth that desperate wants to give in to grinning. She begins writing, occasionally glancing over the sign to look at him with an inquisitively raised eyebrow. )

So, what prompted you to make this?

I'm not impatient. Impulsive, maybe, but I hear that can be fun in a relationship.

[He shifts awkwardly on his feet. He doesn't like how much she's writing. Was he that far off? He's aware that his ego can get slightly out of check sometimes, but he thought he was a fairly astute judge of character -- including his own.

He sniffs.] I thought it might come in useful next time I try to tempt someone to join me on the Dark Side. Apparently, the case I made last time wasn't that compelling.

Delusional is next since clearly, that was impatience you showed before. ( A thoughtful pause. ) I can see that, and I've heard the same thing about impulsiveness.

( She's enjoying this more than she should and enjoying every moment of making him squirm, though the cheerful expression and grin that threatens to form slowly dissipate from her features. He may or not mean for his words to hurt, but they painfully lance through her. )

Have you tried offering cookies as well? That may add an appealing quality to your case.

( After another moment or two, Rey hands over the amended sign.

It doesn't help any when he reads on and sees her hypothesis about his deadpan snarking. In fact, he can feel his amusement trying hard to tug at the corners of his lips.
