She clears her throat, and speaks a bit more formally.
"I'm looking for a companion. Not in a sexual sense, I'm not interested in that at all. I want someone I can trust, someone I can talk to. Confide in. I understand that you probably don't want to belong to anybody at all, even for something like that. And I know I can buy your body, but I can't buy your loyalty or friendship. But I hope you'll allow me to earn that."
