[ Steve's insistence on continuing to speak despite Loki's orders is grounds for proper discipline, though Loki considers a lesser punishment than cutting off his husband's airway. He only notices he's pushing down too hard perhaps a moment later than intended, but he lets go and passes his hands down Steve's chest. He grips his hips, holding him still so he doesn't try to buck up again when Loki rubs down harder.

Hopefully it got the message across, though in a clearer mindset Loki won't use that tactic again. ]
