Some people might call it the witching hour, but here at WBKS we like to think of it as Shout-Out O'Clock. For the next hour we'll be playing nothing but your musical dedications. Is there a special someone out there that you haven't told how you feel? Now's the chance -- call on in and request that perfect song that'll let them know you're grooving on them. Angry at someone and can't find the right words to express it? We can help you out. Do you and your bestie have an anthem that you just can't get enough of? Neither can we, and we've got it at the touch of a button. Ever thought up the perfect theme song for one of your buddies or coworkers but never got around to telling them about it? We'll tell them for you! Here at WBKS we aim to please -- and we do it commercial free.

1) Tag in with your muse, fandom, preferences, etc.
2) Other people will reply with songs that make them think of your muse. (ETA: From a heads up, links are awesome, but if you can throw in the song title/artist in text somewhere for those with slow connections or on phones, that'd be sweet.)
3) Reply to them at will with your reaction to their dedications, or a return dedication of your own. Stereo Wars is never a bad time.
4) Poke around and see if there's else anyone up in here who you've got a song dedication for.
5) If you post a link to a song on youtube, soundcloud, mediafire, or what have you, PLEASE NOTE CLEARLY IN YOUR TAG if the link is to something NSFW. If you're not sure, err with caution. It'd suck to get fired over some booty-shaking dedications.

*She hasn't revealed herself to him, doubts even that he would notice her were she not keeping to the shadows of this mortal establishment he's taken to frequenting. It usually rings with the kind of boisterous noise one might find in a tavern back on Asgard. Little wonder why he enjoys it-- but this night is different. It's slower, probably in part because of the weather, the frigid temperatures outside keeping those of a lesser constitution in their own homes where it was safe and warm.

Home. It was a foreign concept now and one that she tried her best not to dwell on overly much. Still, there's a certain sort of longing that can't always be denied no matter how talented the liar may be and Loki chooses a song before signaling a waiter to bring a glass of wine, content to simply watch him for the time being. It's as close as she'll actually get to what used to be home and it will have to suffice.*

*She's just gonna raise an eyebrow and smirk in your general direction.* This mean if I'm good I'll get a cookie, Az?

[Thor frowns a bit when the song plays; it's familiar and it shouldn't be, as it's a song he's never heard before to the best or his recollection. All the same, it's there, memory that's not-memory, and he finishes the last of his beer in a long swallow and nods to the barkeep for another.

And suddenly it's wrong, all of it is wrong; everything is wrong here in this bitter, backwards world, wrong and strange, and so totally alien that it hurts. Homesickness settles on him, heavy and cold as a thick layer of snow. He shifts a bit on his stool, fighting with himself for a moment as he's pulled after in the song's wake down through the hazy drift of memories that sharpen more with each passing moment, back down to Before --

(he thinks of it like that now, Before; letting it stand in for all the things that he won't articulate, even in his mind, when he can help it. The loss, the grief, the anger, the wounded and weary confusion, the longing, these are all part of the After and they clamor loudly for his attention whenever he lets down his guard, makes himself vulnerable to them. But the Before, why, it was nearly worse to think of that than what followed his sudden, stunning disillusionment. For the After might hurt, might make him bleed, but the Before -- that had been sweet, hadn't it? Sweet for him, sweet for the foolish Thunderer who had thought all well, and who had foolishly believed all would be always well. After was as cold as the winds howling through the dark alleys of the city, as cruelly and cleverly biting, as harsh as the laugh of one who bewildering spat on all the love you could give --)

Thor drains his next beer down at once and nods for another, wondering how many he'll need consume to make a dent in what's shaping up to be quite an unpleasant evening.]

Depends on what kind of cookie you're looking for. *He crosses his arms over his chest and leans back against the wall, deciding that for the moment at least he liked that smirk, would answer it with a large and toothy grin* And just how good you think you can be.

[Booga knows a strange woman when he sees one when he sees one and such a stranger is deserving a fitting song. The mutant lets the song play out on his jukebox, giving a nod.]

*He wallows as well as any in his sorrows for one so notorious for his joy of life and living, and there's a certain sense of satisfaction to be had in that. To know that she's not alone in her misery, whether it be for the homesickness she won't admit to or something else entirely, is almost a comfort. They've not been on the same side of things for a while now (except what is time when you live a life that's almost never ending?) and in a way she misses him as well.

Fixed by the one she both loves and hates, Loki contemplates the wisdom in making herself known to him. At best they might reminisce and she'll be given another weapon to wield against him when next they meet. At worst, he may strike a blow and all would fall to bedlam as they destroyed this place he'd come to enjoy to the point that it would be one more thing she'd managed to take away from him. To deny him. In the grand scheme of things that wasn't really much of a loss.

For her.

Without thinking further on it, she moves next to his side wordlessly, taking up the spot on his right that she had so many times before when she was still brother and friend. Ally and confidant. In silence she sips her wine, and in silence she basks in the golden warmth that has always been something Loki has associated with Thor. He is the sun where Loki is the moon, and for one brief moment, there's no bitterness in the thought.*

Think you already know the answer to that one. On both counts. *If anyone knew just what she was capable of it was Azrael. He'd been the one to push her to limits she'd never even known she'd had before meeting him, and had kept her life interesting since then.*

*Hey, that's a friend's job, Faithy -- to keep your life super interesting and filled with all sorts of sexy intrigue and danger and a lot of sweaty, satisfied, snuggling. And yeah, so sometimes some of the sexy danger and intrigue might come from the fact that Az's temper is a little bit on the shorter side of things, but what are you going to do? Hellgods, Faithy -- self-control isn't exactly their forte.

He sighs dramatically, plucking a cigarette out of thing air and sticking it between is lips as he shakes his head* Faith. Indulge me. Give me a little bit of a description, baby. Just a tad. Just a scoch. Just the tip.

*Pretty sure Az has his own workplace handbook that no one else in the existence of ever got a copy of. But that's okay. That's alright. She'd be lying if she said she didn't enjoy it. Because the sexy intrigue and danger and sweaty, satisfied snuggling was a thing in and of itself. Besides, Az had a habit of making her look like the poster child for sanity and self control. It was entirely win win. Or something.*

Well, not like I want just any kind of cookie. I want something warm and gooey, big 'ole chunks of white chocolate and macadamia nuts. You know, the kind that smears all over your lips because it still hasn't cooled down yet and is already half melted on your tongue.
