There’s nothing like watching a movie, is there? It’s a chance to relax and have fun for a few hours. Whether it’s a romantic date with dinner and a movie or an outdoor film festival, it doesn’t matter.

That’s up to you.

So pick your genre, pick your location, and pick your season. Above all else?

Chillax.

- If you want something steamy or gory, note that too. We don’t want someone wanting a romantic tryst stumbling upon a zombie apocalypse!

[Starting off with The Maltese Falcon and continuing from there.

There's booze and a good selection of snacks.

Also, please note this is a smoking room. If you do not want smoking, go find another place to watch movies.]

[The bourbon (on the rocks) and the Gitanes that he preferred made the quiet evening in the back of that club perfect. The small projector set-up and the popcorn, made haphazardly with a deep frying pan and lots of elbow grease, completed the nostalgic feel. Lupin was quite content to relax in it, especially after having his arms splattered with hot oil from their adventure in the kitchen.]

Aahh~ You were right, Jigen-chan. This is way more interesting.

[He puffed on his cigarette with a lazy smile. Though he had fun building his machine, he could only have so much fun with it before he decided to hack a Furby.]

[Gabriel's first screening is History of the World, Part 1, followed by Spaceballs, Young Frankenstein, and Blazing Saddles.

There's a punch bowl just waiting to be spiked, as well as a game of Jenga crafted entirely out of Twizzlers.

[Ryu isn't of age yet, or he really isn't interested in the booze. In fact, he's pretty weirded out at what he was watching.

"COUGH! What tha--"

A strange movie was the least of Ibuki's problems. He was coughing, wincing, and covering his face with his arm. There was smoke.

What's Ibuki gonna watch and with who?

[ Gekiganger, Mazinger vs Goshogun, OC, anything you cam think of can make Ryu's heart happy . He's there on his cough with a robo model, maybe a hat representing the movie, or a hero scarf? ]

[A lazy smirk slides across Jigen's face even as he enjoying his own bourbon (straight) and a pack of Pall Malls.

And some popcorn.]

[Jigen's reaction to the rather crazy useless machine Lupin had built this time had been to shake his head and offer up movies instead of playing with the machine.

He turned his attention back to the screen, puffing at his cigarette.]

[Your coughing is getting all of the unimpressed looks from this serial chain smoker.]

What's wrong with you?

[He is, of course, ignoring the obvious. If you can't handle the smoke, get out of the room.]

[ Overly dramatic chick flicks. Expect critical commentary during love scenes. ]

"Isn't it obvious?! Can we ever see the movie under this situation?"

[Ooya-san was teasing him.

Kagari settled down on the cushion with a can of beer, resigned to his fate of helping entertain this guest while Miya went out on errands for the afternoon. The rest of his housemates were preoccupied with shopping or trolling him from a distance, which left Kagari with this stranger...

and the only movie on television was Some Like it Hot with Marilyn Monroe, complete with Japanese subtitling.

Kagari sighed. It was too hot for this.]

[No need to worry, bro. Balthazar's already on top of spiking the punch.]

[SCI-FI/ACTION MOVIE NIGHT. Get ready to watch epic films like Battleship, Cowboys & Aliens and Repo Men. On a ridiculously huge screen.]

[Phil is not really sure how he came to be watching the Titanic with Loki. He really isn't. But there seems to be no stabbing involved, so overall it's better than the last time he met Loki already.

Doesn't mean he's not making sure there is no stabbing in the near future, but, he relatively relaxed.

Of course, hearing Loki's critical commentary of Titanic is endlessly amusing in it's own right.

You can tell from the smile he's sporting. Well, the small smile. Okay the like tiny smile- ...You know what, take our word for it. He's deeply amused. Truly.]

[And Andrew-- well, he wasn't much for popcorn. He had a bag of muffins instead, and a tall glass of coffee. But he was holding his wrist at a certain angle to the screen.]

[Karkat doesn't give a fuck what anyone says, the first movie they're watching is the troll version of Hitch. After that, who cares what happens.]

[The useless machine was far tamer than the other things he had in mind, like 'borrowing' Goemon's ~~very ill-fitting~~ iPhone and giving it to a Furby. There were worse things in life.]

Coincidentally, his beanbag chair is set up at the top of one of the smaller slides.]

[You were expecting what, Titanic? Instead there's popcorn, alcohol, chocolate, and The Princess Bride. Don't question it.]

[A classic movie. before Monroe even appears, the infamous St. Valentine Day incident appears before his eyes on the screen]

[Hello, Loki. It's not really clear why you're playing host to a spirit of Chaos and Disharmony, but it's funny how life works that way, isn't it? In any case, Discord is here with you, watching one of your chick flicks with mild interest.]

[Only instead of mild interest, you're getting flat-out boredom. The Draconequus yawns loudly, obnoxiously, barely muffling it with his paw.]

My, this is boring, isn't it? Is there really nothing else to watch? I would hate to be a rude guest, but I don't know if I can keep my eyes open much longer.

The popcorn is placed in Ibuki's hands, and his face makes an awkward expression. "Hell...!" Groaning with agitation, popcorn in hand, he moved closer.

"This better be good if it's worth this." He coughed again.

[Jigen would be very glad it didn't come to that. ~~Because Furbies are evil and needed to be shot~~]

He is a great actor. You'd probably like Casablanca Boss.

[Casablanca isn't Jigen's favorite of Bogart's films, but it's hardly his least favorite.

Looks like that one is next.]

[Balthazar turns a grin over his shoulder at his older brother, making absolutely no notion to hide the copious amounts of alcohol that he's pouring into the punch bowl.]

I thought some vodka might make the Kool-Aid you bought a bit more, uh, tolerable.
