With Tony talking a mile a minute it's not so bad, the poking and prodding in his arm. It's a far cry from what he's used to but in a good way, and every time he flinches or hisses in pain Tony backs off. The whole situation makes Bucky consider his life in a new light, thoughts that feel almost dangerous.
"I'll keep that in mind, maybe catch a bus here once in a while, keep you company for a night." He can't help but quirk a brow. "Do you blow yourself up often?"
He's looked into his benefits, a little, bit it's just not in the cards for him right now. The schedule of doctor's visits and therapy appointments is too erratic to attempt classes, and sometimes the medications leave him fuzzy headed for days. "Maybe someday. I don't think it's in the cards for me right now."
He tenses all the way through the shoulder when Tony tweaks that connection, gritting his teeth. "It's like a sharp pinch. You don't have to stop."
