I would like a meme based on the idea that just because you're an adult doesn't mean you can't dork about. Something like "you're in a giant ballpit" or the like.

We have a lot of wake up in bed together meme types. I'd like to see a twist on that.

Two people wake up in a bed/on a floor/where ever they want to wake up with someone...

...and a body. Dead body. What? Why? Who are you and why is there a dead person in our bed?

The concept amuses me at least.

Kind of like above a bit, but it would be nice to have fewer memes per week that are the same general thing.

When there are five or six sex/relationships memes a week none of them are going to get much response.

A suddenly: siblings! meme would be interesting, maybe give a generic AU setting to get people started and you can start in the middle of a relationship/siblingship with the other character

I personally love memes that are based on common themes and tropes.

Something like the horror movie meme (which I think exists? somewhere?), the romantic comedy meme, the high fantasy rpg meme. Stuff that is recognizable to most rather than specific to any particular fandom would get more attention.

I also like memes where you AU your character into something different, either by adding in/removing supernatural elements or changing the time period or whatever. A 1920s meme might be fun?

Scenarios

~Group smash yay!
~Who knows when you'll fight? Fresh meat goes to the training rings underground!
~You're the Sunday matinee special: armed with joke weaponry against strange teams like The Milkmaids
~You're suddenly apprenticed to the ring doctor (really no one thought you could hit)
~Deathmatch! Has your character ever killed before? Don't rely on your teammate, they could be squeamish, hero types!
~I'm sure there's more ideas out there.

Hm. Fluffytown, New Fluffytown, Pillowtown... New Pillowtown would provide some symmetry, but I'm sort of done with that format. I'll have to think about it.

how about a smut meme where the initial poster has to set the scene?

no awkward "do you like x, x, or x?" moments, no three pages of muse dumping, and a lot more opportunity for tagging out.

more shipping than smut, but how about a meme where people are cast in "roles"/scenarios from romantic stories and film?

like a poor boy and rich girl for Titanic, princess and stable boy for Princess Bride, jock and weirdo for the Breakfast Club, etc etc

people could be as goofy or as serious as they wanted to

I really dug the Battle meme, so I'd love more stuff like that, and horror memes, as a few people before me suggested.

I like the idea of a smut meme where you have to post some kind of a starter, too.
